I'm giving a one star because that's…

I'm giving a one star because that's the least available here.

I had an opportunity to work for them as a waiter. As an employee, I can say that their conduct was very unprofessional. There was clearly very poor planning as they had called in too many people as 'back up', without letting people know that they were being called as back up. All the people who were called definitely thought that there was a shift for them. The registration for the shift was apparently done on spot and people were given arm bands to wear as a confirmation of the registration of their shift and they didn't tell how many people were needed to work also. There were too many people competing for the shifts and some people were not given the arm bands (confirmation of shift) and it was a messy situation at the spot.

Finally, everyone was allotted some shift but after nearly two hours into work, I was asked to leave because there was not enough work and they were sending people home. Very unprofessional and poor planning. I had to change many other plans for this long shift but the shift was cut short in middle. Fortunately for others who completed their full shifts, there was no more bitter experiences.
