Packaging was good .Hoever the actual…

Packaging was good .Hoever the actual cake was not so good.looked nice but didn't taste well. Very average .
To make it worse the delivery partner did not deliver to my home address
After full day of waiting i was told to collect it from UPS service point .I have to travel far in cold weather to get it at last moment.
This totally unacceptable 😤. Ifvwas my first order and I am dissapointed after paying so much price for average cake with below standard delivery.

Big NO

I placed an order a few days ago and after less than 10 minutes, I requested a cancellation because my son changed his mind. The next day I was told it's impossible to cancel since it was in production already (wow, that fast huh).

Since I purchased it on a Swedish website, I had no idea it comes from Germany. It spent 4 (four!!) Days on the road with DHL.

Not the best looking cake, but the taste is awful. Very synthetic, full of E's and preservatives. It was such a waste of money and I am really sorry I didn't check the reviews before ordering.

If you ordered before reading the reviews - don't worry!

A classic mistake, I placed an order for a numbers cake before checking any reviews and where it was sent from. When I opened Trustpilot I got an anxiety that I made a mistake as everyone was writing how disapointed in the taste they've been and the bad delivery timing. The date I needed the cake for was in Saturday and according to the website's advice I set the delivery date to be on Thursday, thinking that they probably won't deliver on weekends. I was so scared of what it will turn out to be that I got such a relief when everything turned out to be great! It got delivered on Friday, so a day after my selected date but again, the website warns you to set a date one day before you'll need it. Perfect timing! And the taste was very good, probably one of the best cakes I've ever tasted. I ordered the chocolate cake. All the guests loved the taste and some asked for a second piece. It doesn't taste like butter at all as others have commented. So what I am saying is, you didn't make a mistake ordering from here. Yes it is sent from Germany, but it was so well packed and everything was in its place. Probably would order again. Think that the amount of negative reviews stems from the fact that usually people write reviews only when they are dissatisfied so positive reviews like mine are usually left unsaid.

I had an incredibly disappointing…

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with DinTårta.se. Their service was extremely poor and unreliable. I ordered a cake for my wife's 40th birthday, which was a significant event for us. Unfortunately, the cake was of poor quality and arrived damaged. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response. This was a major inconvenience and caused significant stress for both my wife and I. I would strongly advise against using their services.

I give this score for terrible customer…

I give this score for terrible customer service!
I have been a customer for many times and the last time my order arrived 3 days late. 1 day after the birthday! But then instead of accepting my return for a cake that I dont need anymore, they charged me for both the cake and the shipment. Plus we had t, with a lot of stress buy another cake for birthday. I wrote to them on instagram and the blocked me right away!

The cake arrived a bit smashed from one…

The cake arrived a bit smashed from one sidd, as the DHL courier was holding it upside down. She didnt know that it was a wedding cake. Would recommend a better description on the package.
It was way too creamy. And as it was supposed to stand in the room temperature, it was pretty soft and hard to cut in nice shapes.

what a shitshow!

I ordered a birthdaycake for 40 ppl and it never showed up. It was impossible to get a hold of their customer service. I only got some UPS tracking number that told me the cake would not be delivered because ups came by earlier that day but didn’t let me know that they were on their way 🤬😤

Two stars because the delivery came on…

Two stars because the delivery came on time and was fast with DHL. Otherwise, I would rate this as one star. The cake decoration was plastic like, and the cake had no taste. Unfortunately would not rate the cake as edible.

Det var bra

I must modify my review. The cake was good but I do not recommend to buy if you are in Sweden because it can come with delay since they are sending from Germany. It was well packed. I will order again in the future but most probably only decoration.

It was the most amazing cake !!!

It was great experience. Most wonderful cake I have ever seen! I ordered a black one with a rainbow inside. It was one day late delivery but the cake was send few hours after I have ordered it. I saw a lot of negative Reviews here but I recommend to give them a chance. I think that they have upgraded a lot. I have been a bit scared that the cake coming from Germany as I live in Sweden but it was 10000 percent worse it!
