Excellent service once again
Excellent service once again. I was advised they could not supply the vintage I wanted but after some communication this was resolved and my order came despite the chaotic timing over Christmas. The customer service is very good and I have found that even with shipping costs the prices are good and quality very high.

Delivered 2017 vintage of wine not the 2016 that was ordered. Had I known that this was the wine that I would receive I would not have ordered, I could have purchased at a much lower price in the UK.
Vendor has replied and says I could not buy in the UK cheaper. Incorrect, I could have bought the same vintage from The Wine Society for less per bottle with free delivery. No hassle. Blaming Christmas chaos is utter garbage. No mistake probably never had the correct vintage. Don’t buy from this company.

i ordered 6 bottles to deliver to the US and they emailed me saying the item was confirmed delivered. I have not received my order nor have i received any tracking information. I tried to use the tracking info sent but it was either missing info or incorrect as there was nothing on the courriers site - please let me know where my order is

Both arrived in the UK in perfect condition.
