I strongly recommend that you do not buy anything from this company.
I purchased a Fiorenzato Ducale 2GR Compact coffee machine to use in my café. About a week ago, the machine suddenly made a loud noise, almost like an explosion, started releasing steam, and completely stopped working.
Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company using the phone number listed on their website, but nobody ever answers.
Vasyl, the person who sold me the machine, initially replied to my message asking what I needed. I explained the problem in detail and asked for his help. He told me that he was on vacation and that he would get back to me the following day. However, he never contacted me again. I had to reach out to him myself, and since then, he has simply ignored my messages.
The customer service and treatment I have received have been absolutely terrible and extremely disappointing.
I fully understand that I purchased a used machine, and I was not expecting a brand-new machine or special treatment. However, I would at the very least expect some empathy, responsibility, and professional customer service, especially considering that the machine stopped working shortly after I purchased it.
Overall, this has been a very negative experience. I do not recommend this company, and I would definitely not buy from them again.
