John was a great help!!! I work in the furniture industry so I understand how it works and John was excellent. He had all the answers and didn’t try to “guess” at anything very professional.

So far so good, though I may need to edit after delivery. I worked with the CS agent Chloe, she was able to help me find a sofa that was in stock and able to be delivered in a month.
