Well it's been 2 months and still no money from these thieves dingdingding I did file a complaint with Ftc and also to let everyone know that they are being sued in Palto Alto Ca supreme Court for operating online casino site illegally in CA u can Google it I believe their next court date is August 12th I think maybe I'll just show up their n confront them

I still have yet to receive my payout. I received an email stating that the redemption is being processed. That was the ending of March. It has been a month of unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, over all a unpleasant experience. By far the worst and lousiest customer service.

Recently this casino changed their policy. They no longer have a sweepstakes promotion. Approximately 5 days prior to being notified of the change in policy submmitted a redemption for $100.00. A small amount really but I never received the redemption. This place should be closed down and never allowed to operate in the US again. The my are a talented group that just got it wrong. Do not support or play on this platform they are thieves.I would write a review that was -10 stars if I could. This company recently had a big flash sale on SC tokens. Then after I bought a bunch of SC tokens from them, which are one to one ratio with US dollars. I hit for $1800 in total on some games. I submitted a redemption on March 20 of this year 2025. I argued with these people to send me my redemption for about three weeks to a month and then they stopped the SC gambling on their website and still have not paid me out my $1800 redemption. I cannot wait for the class action lawsuit. This is absolute bullshit. Do not play on this platform.

Phones disconnected they don’t return emails and they say it’s real money then you deposit and find out otherwise

Well I've been trying to get my redemption of $511 since March 5,2025, they have lied to me numerous times, telling me that it is on the way, and I should have it in my account 3-7 business days well I've been hearing that same thing since March 5, now they don't answer my email or text anymore and they have blocked their number so can't even call customer service anymore, I don't understand how a company can just rob people of their redemption like that, I have abided by all the rules and have met all the terms and conditions, their actions shows that they are just not gonna pay me my redemption, to the hardworking people out their don't play ding,ding, because they will definitely screw you out of your money they done my wife the same thing they are doing me.they need to be banned for stealing people redemption.
