Pure service
If you want to have your windows to be cleaned you should stay next to the person who is doing it, otherwise you will never get cleaned windows. We have 19 windows in our house and they come and clean only 4 (!) of them and left… One of that 4 windows even becomes more dirty. They didn’t know that I am at home and saw everything from inside. They didn’t clean even very dirty and visible two of them. After they have sent invoice we told that looks like nothing changed but they consist they have done everything. So we have to send the pictures of that 2 dirty windows. They promise to come and clean, after that they come and clean that only two and one of 4 which they “clean” before. So in the end from 19 windows they clean only 6 of them. They did the same pure quality one year before as well. NO RECOMMENDED!!! So pure quality and no respect!!!
