Had a great experience with labgems/dileti. I was looking for an engagement ring and sent a message. Soon Geert contacted me through WhatsApp. He listened thoroughly to my wishes and we figured out exactly what I wanted. Have to mention that he was extremely polite and patient. He set up an offer and when they received the payment the ring was done and arrived in *1 week*!! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Geert seems like a wonderful family guy, not to mention, his response time was extremely quick (and he was on vacation). Definitely recommend this company.

My experience with LabGems (working with Dileti) was disappointing.
Communication started well, but I soon felt pressured to share personal details and make full payment upfront, despite explaining I preferred standard 50/50 deposit terms. The CEO’s communication became overly frequent and, at times, unprofessional, which made the process uncomfortable.

Although I eventually cancelled the order, I appreciate that LabGems has since refunded my €300 deposit and offered an apology. While I acknowledge this effort, my personal experience with their communication and approach remains negative, and I hope they improve how they handle client interactions

I contacted the sales team because I wanted a very specific yellow cushion cut diamond, with a very specific setting. Geert understood it and provided me with various options and quotes, and replied to all my questions. All went smooth and fast, my perfect ring was delivered in less than a week. It is absolutely stunning. I will for sure repeat the experience and buy my next presents with them.
