Oh man these guys are aweful I’ve been on their discord for two weeks trying to get my 85$ back .they said it would take 3-5 and when I left a negative review of there discord they banned me from the group they literally have a “wall of stupidity” where they make fun of customers who don’t understand how this works I’m sure I’m on there now communication 0/10 service 0/10 professionalism -9999/10
And they will scam you
Once you give them money they will not give it back even if they can’t give you the service they promised

Ordered on April 21, but the status is still showing as “processing”. They are not responding to email or chat at all, so now it’s April 26 and nothing happened… my son is really disappointed, me also because the game cost us a lot of money. Too bad… hope to get my money back at least.

28-04 Update: finally we received our product yesterday, the chat with Hermanos was not visible for some days and when it was available we were not able to send or answer to Hermanos questions. Solved it by sending chats via Messenger, the quickest way to get in touch with them. So changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. My son is happy so I am happy.
