Made an order more than 3 months ago, the site said it would arrive in three weeks. That's a bit long, I thought, but not too bad. Now more than 4x after that time, I have still not received my order (even though I already paid), and none of the support channels (Facebook, email, Whatsapp) lead to a reply from the company. A month ago, they contacted me that there were inventory issues and colour I ordered was not available, I said fine, send a different colour. I have not received an answer ever since, nor the item I ordered.
I never received or get refounded for my order Bestellung #4308838 for a Google Pixel 5 from the 21.11.2021, I'm writing it the 12.01.2022.
I've contacted them every 2 weeks since December. I've contacted them on their ''info'' and on their ''support'' mail, I received no answer.
I've contacted them by phone, by whatsapp, by instagram, by Facebook = Nothing.
I've never experienced this in my life and I highly recommend not to order on this website.
