Told me offer was unattributed after spending money... I've done a lot through tap joy and understand how to do offers correctly so this was a surprise and horse crap. I'll stick to tap joy.

I did Club Vegas from DT. It was a multitask offer and I got the rewards for all the tasks except the last one. Of course, the biggest. It's for 65k emeralds. I wrote them 3 times, all I got is an automatic reply that it's not their problem. Yes, it's obviously mine. I lost 3 weeks to finish the task.
I don't like being scammed though. Request #4350742

After completing their quiz and reaching the end where it actually says the task is completed, they still did not send my reward. I even have a screenshot from that quiz showing that I completed it. It has been over a month now and I have still heard nothing from them even tho I reported the mistake. My case number is 4289513

I have reached level 22 and i did not get paid, i have reached out to them but they choose to ignore me. Stay away from them thank me later.

I completed the tasks set out for an in game reward and had this rejected as the app downloaded wasn’t associated to them and must have been downloaded from the Playstore or App Store, this wasn’t specified in the conditions so have raised a complaint with them.

This is pure scam. Made purchases for a task and did not get rewarded as stated before.

Dont fall for the same trap, its fraud

They simply do what they want , no explanation except they suggest you are a cheater...
In my case, they let me purchase a bundle and just right after say the offer is rejected ... a first task was rewarded so obviously i was compatible with the offer.
It is just to encourage you to spend money and then stop rewards.
I just have now to try to be refund from google store.
No real discussion with the support occurs.

Scam!!! For all the tasks I completed. I did not receive any rewards. If you try to contact costumer service, you only get an automatic reply. I do not recommend, total waste of time!!

The company rewards game players with useable commodities for other games, some attached to purchases.
I purchased a package within the game, and a substantial reward failed to be made to me.
Tried to get some sort of recognition of the situation, but less than helpful support... Wait and see...
However, this had been paid for!!
So I wait... Turbine only in title...

Had an issue at first getting in-game rewards after completing task from offer wall. It got solved.

Terrible experience. Fake services. Lost an hour of my life trying to get what was promised to me. I basically worked labor free for them in the end.

If I could I would put no stars seems like they're keeping the rewards to themselves while we complete the offers they suck and there customer service is horrible stay away from these crooks

Really horrible experience I completed the Santa claws offer completely but they didn't pay me for reaching 10000m even though I did it within the time limit. Their support just responded 2 hours later saying you can't get credited because advertiser hasn't confirmed. Really? Like shutting the door on my face just like that for all the hardwork thay I did? Man.

I have completed the offer santa Claus reaching 10000 meters but i didn't get credited for reaching 10000 meters although I have already completed in 5 days and the given time period was 7 days still i didn't get credited and they said me you are ineligible for the offer please guys don't do any offer from this offerwal otherwise you will get scam at the end and after one day now i received a mail from their support saying that I'm not elegible for the offer because I have not completed it in given time period but tbh I have completed the offer in 5 days and the given time period was 7 days basically they have scammed my 24$ for reaching 10000 meters which i supposed to get paid the wrost offerwal i have ever seen till now

there's only 1 thing i can say about this digital turbine. They are a complete scam!!!!

Ruthless advertising. Avoid at all cost. Ban.

Scammers. They made me deposit 40€ to a betting website. After doing so they claim I didn’t access it through the offerwall. I’m 100% confident I did and judging from the other reviews in here there’s a pattern of behaviour.

Don’t use their services - they are also known as “Fyber”

They are thieves. They will pay you out for a dollar or two, but when it comes to bigger payouts they make the excuse you did something wrong. I'm dealing with a offer where they stole from me on just play. 10 bucks.

Although when it comes to games it's one of the best offerwall, in the deposit offer they will scam you and not pay the offers always telling you "the provider couln't validate your offer". Their support is also a piece of a s... They will never answer you, they will only send you tons of automatic responses.
