This holds particular significance for individuals living in Finland, where such services are typically unavailable. Most companies deliver only up to the street level (due to insurance reasons), leaving the transportation to the flat and the assembly for the buyers to manage on their own.

The piano itself (Yamaha CLP765GP) is simply wonderful—there isn't much to say about it. It was the customer service that truly made all the difference, especially considering that you can now acquire pianos from nearly anywhere.

Almost perfect experience. When I first saw the price, it was a little less than 10k; but two days later the price increased to a little more than 10k. Other than that, the information from website, the delivery, the quality of piano are great.

Ordered a Roland Rp 701. Delivered a couple of days later with a very helpful driver. Happy with the price I paid, including a good stool and decent headphones. Seems like a quality piece of kit. Just need to learn how to play it now! 😉

Really quick and nice response to any questions. I’m from the Netherlands and to here the indicated delivery time could be better. Also the delivery company delivered too much, but DigitalPiano handled that perfectly.

The piano was packed and transported carefully. The delivery was fast. The price seems a little bit cheaper than other platforms. It is recommended to buy a digital piano from this platform.
Delivering the piano into the room and assembling it would be ideal. I appreciated the delivery staffs were so kind to help carry into the room although it was not included.
