There was a small issue with the software key I purchased. I reached out to support via email and they got back to me literally within 6 minutes. They offered to remedy the issue several different ways and ultimately went above and beyond by providing me with another product of greater value which solved the problem. I thought Amazon and American Express had the gold standard for customer service, but frankly, these guys are #1.

Office failed to Activate, Support worked a Miracle to fix it.
I paid for three license keys for Microsoft Office 2019 Pro. I got the product keys, downloaded the installer, installed the software - and when I launch Word or Excel, they tell me that the products cannot be activated because the keys are not valid.
EDIT: I posted the original review on April 4, and you can see, I was far from satisfied. Now, 6 days later, I am here to make a welcome correction. I was contacted by Digital License, who were startled by my experience, and who have worked diligently to correct my issue. By profession, I am a Windows Administrator, so I've done a lot of baseline builds and software installs. I am genuinely impressed (and somewhat in awe) of the expertise Digital License brought to bear. I provided a detailed report with screen shots of what I had gone through in my installation. I was then asked if we could set up remote access software on my system to let their techs look at it. I made an image backup of the PC, then did so. The bottom line is that after some serious deep diving into the machine, with scripts and registry edits, the tech was successful in getting Office activated. I have to confess here - I was the cause of my problem, NOT anything done or provided by Digital License. See, when I built this machine, I installed Office 2019 and tried to activate it with a license key I had obtained from a *different* online provider. And that failed. Earlier products from them had worked, this one did not. From here, I don't know why this one failed, nor do I care. I went shopping for new keys from Digital License, and as I related in my original review, I failed to get Office to activate. What the genius from Digital License determined was that my original failed attempt had left some crud behind in my machine, which blocked my new license from activating. And he was successful in finding this, removing it, and getting my new key to activate Office. As I said, I'm a SysAdmin, and I was very impressed. I was asked to delete this review, which would have been fair - the fault was mine, not Digital License's - but I decided to edit it so that folks can see that if a problem arises, Digital License is willing and quite definitely able to do something about it. Thanks again to the good folks there!

it was either a virus or scam
i bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus, and it crashed my computer and i had to wipe my computer clean. it was either a virus, or a bad program. either way i got screwed.

Smooth Refund, Questionable Installation Experience
I wasn’t comfortable with how the license process was handled. It redirected me to a third-party installer, and when I clicked the support link, it took me to a Microsoft Germany support site, which didn’t inspire confidence. My McAfee software also warned me not to install it, so at that point I decided not to proceed.
That said, I didn’t get much pushback when I requested a refund, which I appreciated. They did offer a workaround, but I wasn’t comfortable using it under the circumstances so they gave me a prompt refund.
Because the refund process was straightforward, I’m giving them a 3 rather than a lower rating—but the installation experience itself needs improvement. ⚠️
