I didn't get sent an email for whatever reason, but Sid was quick to respond to my issues. When the first key didn't work, he quickly gave me a second key to try. 10/10 definitely works and great service!

I was able to activate windows. despite some issues getting activated, for the price, I did not mind my brief interaction with Saikat at customer service. The response and issuing of a new key was quick. would recommend.

The initial Win11 Pro key I got did not work, but luckily Sid on the site's support service very quickly provided me with a replacement key that worked! :)

As expected (from reading other reviews) first key was invalid, but after cooperation with support (Saikat) I recieved a working replacement!

As advertised, I've got windows 11 now. Although the first key I received didn't work, Saikat helped me quickly in in customer service live chat and got me one that did work. Only thing that could've made this better would've been if it worked the first time.

I had purchased a Windows 11 Home Key (Win11) having forgotten I had Windows 10 Pro upgraded into a Windows 11 Pro. I subsequently bought a Win11 Pro key and reach out to customer support to try and get a refund for the Win11 Home key. Lamia was able to issue a full refund for the Win11 Home key. Responce was fast, polite, and helpful.

I bought a Windows Home key by accident when I needed a Pro key. Thought I was done for but great customer support let me exchange the key in minutes. Lamia you are awesome!

I was working with a dying motherboard (I didn't know it at the time) so I had to change out some components. I think this is why my key stopped working but Digital Chillmart was kind enough to fix the key for me after I fixed my system! Their after market support is great and they're my ongoing choice for CD keys into the future.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! It is easy to applaud a retailer when everything goes well, but the real measure of performance is when things don’t go as planned. I had an activation issue. I contacted support chat and the representative (Sid) handled it quickly and professionally. This is exceptional customer service!

Initial key didn't work for windows 11 pro, tried troubleshooting with windows but that doesn't work so great. Digital chillmart support (agent ISRAT) provided a replacement key swiftly and everything works now. Decent price - value and fast reaction for support. Recommended.
