AVOID! Do not order from this company. I am now having to go through my bank to get a refund as they are ignoring all communication from me. Email Facebook and calls. I ordered a sandwich maker and it never arrived
Ordered item to arrive by 15th December. Tracking number given to me was not valid and no item arrived, contacted by email and they replied saying there had been an error and item would be re-sent. I still haven’t received anything and they have stopped replying to emails. Avoid!
They said my item had been delivered by Amazon but nothing arrived and they would look into it. Now website doesn’t exist definitely a scam. So how come when all people reviewing them with 1star does it get 2.5star average unbelievable.
Avoid!!! Order placed on 8th December, item did not arrive by agreed date of 15th. Despite many attempts to contact customer services, who were extremely unhelpful, I received an email saying order had been cancelled, and a refund would be issued. Still waiting for the money to materialise.
Never received the item for my daughters Xmas present, got in touch via chat and the company apologised and said it was their fault and it would be resent and arrive within 48 hours( in time for Xmas) the item never arrived and my child was disappointed 😕
Still haven’t received my item. I emailed and was assured it would arrive in 3-5 days but it hasn’t and I still don’t have my item. Won’t be using this company again.
Item not delivered. Tracking number given was advised by FedEx that was not coming to my address. Contacted Digital Cheek for status update and subsequently to requested a refund. Still not heard anything after 3 days except for this TrustPilot review request. Waiting for another 11 days before I shall be charging back via my credit card company. I would recommend you avoid ordering from this company. Prices too good to be true.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich maker - The item did not arrive - it's now 4 days past the latest quoted delivery date - no reply from their phone, email or online chat!...remember the old saying ...when something looks too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true!
Faulty item when received , sent the item back signed for as wanted a full refund and it’s been sent back to me with “refused” ticked on the Royal Mail label ! Cheap product at extortionate prices ! Complete rip off!!!
