The useless woman behind the counter in…

The useless woman behind the counter in the one near the railway station in calabria is painfully rude, unatentive and even told us she was too busy to help us solve a small issue.

Time to change banks, we have suffered this sort of behaviour too long here in this bank in calabria

I’ve never experienced such poor…

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I tried reaching out through the “Contact Us” form, but it doesn’t work. I called all the numbers for both the French and Italian offices — no one ever answers. When someone finally picked up, they hung up immediately. It’s truly unacceptable and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

BMPS: A bank with very poor customer service

I have been a client of BMPS since 2012. During all these years, the bank has never been able to assign me a professional and efficient banker. The only capable and reliable banker that put real attention to my financial resources in 2019 was removed after a few months. His name was Berni Niccolo. My current banker takes too long to answer and refuses to give me the information I require in comprehensible tables. The poor service situation indicates that BMPS days are over.

Massa Branch/closing of account of deceased relative

My step father who died in 2021 had a bank account with the Massa Branch. Despite showing them all legal documentation from the courts including death certificate and Grant of probate they refused to refund any of the money left in account (940 euro) to my mother named in my late step fathers will. This dishonest bank however since 2021 have debited the account each month 13 euro so they can steal all the money. Never use this bank for anything they are also very unhelpful and un professional including the Manager. If you ever want to see your money again never put it in this bank. Is there any bank ombudsman in Italy I can make my complaint too.

teriable services the staff don't have…

teriable services the staff don't have knowledge what they are doing , .
I will request not to open account in this bank from last 5 days they they are not able to send money abroad to another account when I visit to the bank for refund they say they send the money but in 5 days we don't receive this bank is only trouble and lack of communication I am going to close my account soon with them ,

Horrific experience with this bank

Horrific experience with this bank
No one seems to know what they are doing. They run around like a wild goose asking each other simple questions which none of them knows the answer anyways Their digital banking is absolute crap. It does not even tell their staff what is wrong, it simply does not work. I wish I could rate negative numbers, it would have been negative millions if I could. Please pleaae please do yourself a favor and never walk into this bank! They wasted 15 hours of my precious time to do absolutly nothing!
