AVOID
Update: his name is Mr Mubeen Mustak Adam I messaged seller as problem with my fireplace before warranty was up, no response. Conveniently contacted me after the so say 1 years part warranty when I bought the product with 2 years warranty. He goes by the name of Mr Mubeen Mustak Adam and he has been nothing but abusive in responses and telling me he has no intension of solving the dodgy fireplace he had sold me. It has been reported and on going investigations are going towards him. Again the people who have been through similar situation to me he goes by the name Mr Mubeen Mustak Adam.

Avoid
Avoid! Purchased a fire less than 1 year ago it has already broken. The seller is ignoring all communication despite it being advertised as 2yr warranty. Very poor product and service!
Avoid this seller
Avoid this seller! Sells unreliable cheap fires! Bought a media fire less than year ago from this seller, it broke down and cannot be fixed,so i contacted them several times with no reply,
Would recommend - reasonable and no issues
Fire was delivered on time, amazing quality, transformed our living room, everyone comments on it and loves it, pumps out a fair bit of heat although we mainly use it for the light effect, have had no trouble, would recommend as when we purchased was the most reasonable on the market, we had a 50 inch.
Quality furniture
Quality furniture, fires and lights. Service was brilliant.
Quality furniture

Avoid at all costs !
Avoid at all costs !! business man. First delivery of fire place was smashed to pieces, seller refused to accept this was the case. He then decided to inform me his business was closed for the next 3 weeks ( odd considering it was middle of Jan). Seller did not respond to numerous texts and emails (on the occasion that he finally did, did not have a clue) and would not send another fireplace out due to being worried about local couriers. Left wondering how a fireplace company (if it’s even that)sells and ships glass items if he isn’t prepared to post or ensure items are packaged adequately? Strange. Don’t expect him to answer the phone either. Out of pocket and inconvenienced for over a month!! Kept being promised a replacement had been sent! Disgusting

SCAMMERS
Does not deserve any stars. This company are scammers 600quid down the shimmy for a fire I’ve never received. The website looks so legit and trustworthy but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you will be left with no item and a refusal for a refund!! Reported to trading standards.
