My experience with Digital Coach
I started my course of study with Digital Coach in November 2022 and my ideas, on which area of digital marketing to specialize in, were not clear. The possibility of having an overview of everything and choosing the area of specialization only afterward is really good.
Then the possibility to do a work experience is a real added value. I worked on a real project, I met other students and I was followed by a coach. My coaches in the 2 work experience were great.
If you have some problems there is a direct channel to contact the teaching support and I always receive fast replies.

Learning by doing: qui si fa davvero!
Digital Coach ti offre la possibilità di acquisire competenze non solo dal punto di vista teorico, accompagnato da docenti esperti e competenti nel loro settore, ma anche e soprattutto PRATICO. Credo che il punto forte di Digital Coach sia proprio quello di dare l’opportunità agli studenti di “imparare facendo”, attraverso un percorso di praticantato della durata di 4 mesi, dove lo studente può cimentarsi nel mettere in pratica tutto ciò che ha appreso a livello teorico. Lo consiglio!☺️

Il master in digital marketing mi ha dato una base solida nell'ambito digitale, ma è stata la work experience nel team di social media marketing a fare la differenza. Durante questo periodo, ho avuto l'opportunità di gestire diversi canali social, affinare le mie abilità nella creazione di contenuti visivi e di copy per i post. Questi mesi formativi mi hanno preparato ad affrontare sfide e progetti futuri con sicurezza e competenza.

The course is not worth it
They decided to report my previous review because it wasn’t 5 stars. I will post it again! Do not do my mistake, don’t sign up to this course it is a waste of your money. The course material is very basic, they are not prepared to teach or mentor anyone. Once you sign up for the course they do not care about your progress or giving you your material in time, and once you say to them that you won’t pay for what they have they stop answering you and they try again to take money from your card even though I said to them 15 days before I wasn’t interested in following through with the course! They just worry about your money.
@trustpilot I have plenty of screenshots about the veracity of my argument if you need proofs that I am not lying! I am sorry but I won’t accept that they report me just because I said the truth.

We thank you for your feedback, because every feedback helps us to improve and grow.
However, we would like to clarify a few points with you. Digital Coach by company policy gives students the opportunity to test and try our training for 15 days which if the customer is not satisfied they can withdraw the contract. From checks we note that the contractee has been withdrawn and refunded the first installment of 12 paid. Surely having tested our training course she was not able to access all the services and get a full picture of the service offered.
Based on the mode of payment and our training method, 2 on-demand modules were issued to you of 31 are offered.
The on-demand part is just a small part, and the beginning of our journey. We provide our students with an active room each week for didactical support and accompany the students in their onboarding phase.
We are informed that other than the request for withdrawal which is an option for you, we have not received any requests from you for support. In addition to the on-demand and one-to-one support, our method involves live sessions with teachers to allow you to train and practice on the modules studied. After this training phase, you move on to a skills test and then have access to a 4-month real apprenticeship.
Real practicum where you are placed in a team of one of our partner companies, having a coach who assigns you tasks and gives you the opportunity to create a provable portfolio. Plus we provide students with a service to further their potential and personal branding.
This is all part of our training method, which is divided according to the needs and availability of the students into an initial part of learning skills from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months, and then being able to move on to the actual internship in one of our partner companies of another 4 months.
We are sorry that you judged the service only from the cover page, without getting into the thick of it all.
We also point out that our teachers are mixed. Some are Italians with excellent English, professionals who have been working in the international digital industry for years. We also report that the word SEO (acronym for search engine optimization) is pronounced
(e.g. iːˈoʊ ) exactly as our teachers pronounce it. We are always opened to assist our students with all our resuorces.
Lets us know if we were able to properly address your concerns.
We would be happy to elaborate further on what caused your discomfort because,
in our opinion, a misunderstanding was mostly to blame.
THE COURSE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY
The course is very basic, and after you sign up from the course you realise it is a SCAM. They are not prepared to give such a course in Digital Marketing. I have been emailing and messaging them for the past 15 days to withdraw for the course, as the two module I have access to so far do not apport any knowledge, they have given me no response at all and yesterday they tried to charge my card again. THEY ARE LITERALLY JUST INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY.
All the knowledge they say they offer is just not there, the course professors have are all Italians and often get many words wrong (SEO is pronounced CEO) . You are basically on your own with a bunch of info that are basic knowledge and you can find on YouTube.
I am sure all the positive reviews they have on google is just them applying some basic marketing tricks.
