Horrible
I have purchased a Nespresso machine that does not work at all . I have contacted them many times , their costumer service is outrageous . I purchased the machine for a gift and the person I bought it for did not use it for 7 days . Once she used it and we realized its not working we contacted them , they claimed no responsibility whatsoever and we are left with a faulty machine . This is not the fist time they sale faulty , used or broken items . The company are a channel for different companies to get rid of their faulty items .
