I purchased the new 4.0 Digidash which arrived on 13/06/26. Annoyingly it didn't work in my car so I posted it back special delivery the next working day to get my full refund & emailed the sender with the tracking reference. Absolutely no response from seller after a week and 2 emails. I am still waiting on my refund. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!

second TIME ORDERING USBC WIRE £30 and it doesn’t come and it doesn’t update and no one responds to 10 emails. SCAM.ORDER 10935 ORDER 10926.
Have edited this to say since writing this review someone messaged me and said they were out of stock and sent me two wires free of charge to rectify, which I appreciate. I run small businesses and I would say whoever was in charge of replying to emails should be sacked over a month without replies is crazy.

Great product, it did stop working after several months, but after reaching out to Jordan, and he sorted out a replacement straight away and gave instructions to help support me. I love this device, works great and works very well. Thank you.

I was one of the first to buy the Digi Dash 4. Installed 8 months ago and worked flawlessly since. Any support required Jordon responded quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit

BEWARE BEFORE ORDER !! Placed an order on the 25/11 for next day delivery it’s been over a week and have only received a booking confirmation. I have emailed them 5 times and not one response back from them so to get a refund I have to contact my bank. All this hassle for trying to order a digi dash loool customer service is 0 from me

Great product and outstanding customer service.

The equipment is great and the software app has great functionality. The technical service was outstanding, always responded to quickly, with a staff member even agreeing to work on a Sunday to talk my engineer through the process, to ensure that we could get the gate up and running quickly.

I would highly recommend these guys.

I originally ordered the Digi Dash 3.0 (£269.99) and was expecting quick delivery, but after a short delay I reached out to the team. They replied within just a few hours and explained that the 3.0 was out of stock. But to my surprise, they upgraded me free of charge to the brand new Digi Dash 4.0 (£329.99)!

When it arrived, I had a small issue where it kept connecting and disconnecting. I emailed support and they responded straight away, asking for a short video to help diagnose the problem. After sending it over, they were incredibly understanding and offered a hassle-free replacement. I decided to drop it off myself since I lived nearby, and they swapped it on the spot. No fuss, no waiting.

At first, I thought the new one wasn’t working either, but it turned out to be a loose connection in my car’s system, not the Digi Dash itself. Once I fixed that, everything worked perfectly. I emailed them back to let them know, and they were genuinely happy I’d sorted it out.

Overall, the customer service has been amazing quick replies, friendly staff, and they really go above and beyond for their customers. The Digi Dash 4.0 itself is a brilliant bit of kit smooth, responsive, and packed with features.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. 10/10 experience from start to finish! 👏👏

Ordered the DigiDash 4.0 recently, from the initial enquiry Jordan has been nothing but helpful. Great product knowledge and made the transaction smooth and prompt. This latest version is so much better than the previous one. It’s very stable and now allows streaming of Sky and TNT sports etc. it’s exactly what I want!

I’ve been really impressed with DigiDash 4.0 – it’s such a big improvement over 3.0. The new split-screen feature is one of my favorites, letting me use different functions side by side without any hassle. The maps run smoothly now with no lag at all, which makes a huge difference when I’m using it on the move. Overall, the whole system feels faster, cleaner, and much more reliable.

On top of that, the customer support has been excellent. Jordan followed up on my enquiry and responded quickly, making sure everything was sorted and that I was happy. It’s rare to get that level of service these days, and it really shows that DigiDash cares about their customers.

All in all, 4.0 has not only improved the product itself but also delivered a much better overall experience. Definitely worth the upgrade!

​I purchased a digi dash a couple of years ago, and it has since stopped working. I'm disappointed, especially considering the high cost. I was advised that it needs an update via a memory card, but this was never mentioned as a requirement before I bought it. The lack of communication is frustrating; my messages have been read but not answered. I need to understand why this update is necessary and what options I have to resolve this issue.

Can not use Netflix any longer, keeps asking to update account and upon checking settings, it's all up to date. Have sent Digidash a message via their contact form on their website, but absolutely no response!

Update to my response finally. The solution is that the 3.0 version that I purchased less than 12 months ago can not be updated and the suggestion is that I now buy the updated 4.0 version for £260 as a special offer!! I think not, all buyers beware of buying this product that is just not fit for purpose.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Jordan at Digidash. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address resulting in RoyalMail returning it back to sender. Jordan fast tracked the Shipment for me allowing me to have DigiDash for the kids on a 5 hour journey. The quality of the product far beats the cheaper alternatives out there. Very simple to use and works absolutely great on my AUDI SQ7 screen. Really recommend this product.
