J'ai acheté 2 comptes jeux sur Difmark avec livraison promise en 15 minutes. Résultat : rien reçu. J'ai tenté de contacter le support via ticket, chat en ligne (indisponible), et Discord (inutile — juste d'autres clients dans la même situation qui ne se font pas rembourser). Aucun vendeur ne répond, aucun support ne répond. J'ai ouvert un ticket "Réclamation" sans aucune réaction. Je demande un remboursement complet. Si aucune suite n'est donnée rapidement, je procède à un chargeback via ma banque et je saisis les autorités compétentes. À éviter absolument.
EDIT:I purchased 2 Steam game accounts on Difmark on April 25, 2026, with delivery displayed as "15 minutes." A small print disclaimer mentioned delays of up to 24 hours were possible — I admit I did not read it. However, as a first-time customer, the prominent "15 minutes" was what drove my purchase decision.
Order 2964591 — seller GameUniverse
Paid at 04:07 AM. Immediately blocked by Difmark's own system under "Multiple payment accounts" — their platform's technical failure, not mine. First response from GameUniverse came at 08:18 AM — 4 hours and 11 minutes after payment. At 10:18 AM, the seller admitted in writing: "we've lost access to your account and are currently unable to offer you a replacement." The product was never available to begin with. I initiated a bank chargeback to recover my money.
Order 2964716 — seller VooDoo_Gaming
Paid at 04:17 AM. I reached out to the seller myself at 07:00 AM as nothing had arrived. First response came at 11:44 AM — 4 hours and 44 minutes after my message, and 7 hours and 27 minutes after payment. By that point, I had already found the game elsewhere and no longer trusted the platform with my money. I requested a refund instead of waiting further. Refund confirmed after opening a ticket and waiting several hours.
Difmark support
Ticket #321494 opened at 04:46 AM. Live chat unavailable. Discord useless. Difmark support replied at 12:23 PM — 7 hours and 37 minutes later — only to close the ticket, after both refunds had already been processed without any support intervention.
After the refunds
Both sellers privately messaged me asking me to delete or change this review to a positive one — GameUniverse at 16:11 and again at 16:31. I refused. Screenshots of every conversation are saved.
Regarding Difmark's public response
You publicly stated my description "does not reflect what actually happened." This is false. Your own system blocked order 2964591. Your own seller admitted at 10:18 AM they never had access to the account. Your support took 7 hours and 37 minutes to respond. Every point is documented with exact timestamps from your own platform. Publicly calling a first-time customer a liar after this experience is not acceptable.
This was my first purchase on Difmark. It will be my last.
Update regarding seller GameUniverse:
The seller has since reached out to acknowledge that technical issues prevented them from responding in time, and confirmed they work from 9 AM Europe time — meaning a delay from my 04:07 AM purchase was inevitable. They have been transparent about this and I appreciate the honesty.
Delivery promised: 15 minutes. Support response: 7h37. Review deleted: never.

That was my 2nd time with difmark, and again second time with VooDoo_Gaming vendor. He is polite guy, he helped me through my activation and answered all my questions. Thanks to that i wasn't forced to overpay for games, which i had been willing to play.

I purchased YouTube Premium in good faith. However, the vendor on your marketplace appears to be providing access through one-month free trial family accounts that require me to join. After one month, the access is revoked.
To continue using the service, I would need to create new YouTube accounts and switch family groups each month, which is not a sustainable or acceptable solution—especially given that account switching is limited.
This arrangement was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and it does not reflect a legitimate or continuous subscription service. Despite this, my request for a refund has been refused.

Scam website seller shared a stolen account and tried to have access into main account. Don’t buy from here just use loaded or eneba. Seller also has many bad experience of scamming people but site does not ban scammers or people who steal accounts. After asking for refund they choose to defend the culprit for me trying to keep account protected

Bought once with no problem (apart waiting a bit for my key).
Second time I had a "scam vendor": selling a game key that appears to be "not in stock" -> proposing me a bunch of other games I don't care about. Losing my time!
A website that let such scammers proliferate doesn't have my trust. Sorry !
