Got nothing in return for my money and…

Got nothing in return for my money and this company took £42 .04on October and I cancelled it then on November they took another £42.34 from my bank account and nothing came in return for my money,phoned them and they said they didn’t do refunds,so actually stole the money from me,if i could give-stars i would despicable company who also trade under primemeals.com which they used to take my money and not to be mistaken for other companies with the same name.
