CAUTION!!! Untrustworthy Retailer! Refuses to exchange defective product!!

I purchased an Ortofon 2m turntable cartridge from this online store for 99 Euros, sadly the cartridge was defective and the needle fell out. The retailer has absolutely refused to exchange the defective cartridge. his excuse is that this never happened before, even though this is a known Ortofon cartridge problem. The problem is so well known that Ortofon issues replacement cartridge needles via retailers for defective cartridges, in spite of this the retailer has not been willing to help facilitate a replacement or an exchange, and actually sent me back the defective cartridge. MY ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER!
