I was looking for house keeping and found an app called DIEM that said I could put in a request and would be contacted with a job assignment. The app stated no money would be put on my credit card until the work was completed and approved. I waited 3 hours and no one contacted me so I cancelled the job. The app accepted the cancellation and in written information on the app I was told I would receive a full refund. I called the phone number on the app and was told by an employee that my refund was approved because money should not have been taken from my credit card without the job being assigned. After a week with no refund I called again and was told to wait another week. After the second week I called and texted and was told by both call and text that my refund was on the way. After a week and a half I texted again and received no response from DIEM so started a dispute with my credit card company. This app promises no money charged until work is done but took my money immediately after I put the request on the app, the work was never assigned or completed, and my money has been promised to me as a refund for 2.5 weeks now and I have not received it.

This is a Scam app, do not use! They charged for services and noone responded. They promised refund and it never happened. Stay clear unless you want to be robbed. Definately not to be trusted, get the message?

About four months ago I used Diem App for two hours of house cleaning and it went well. About a month ago I requested three hours of house keeping. By the morning of the day it was supposed to be done Diem had not found anyone so, since I had a house guest arriving that evening I did it myself. At one-thirty that day Diem texted me that they had found someone who could come at four. I declined and told them why. They offered me a refund which never happened. People need to realize that if you request a service from Diem they charge your credit card immediately, before they find anyone and before the service is done. And in my case they kept my money, refusing to refund it. This is an unethical business model, to say the least, and people would be advised to not get involved with this business.

will take a minute to write about this App, I found an Ad on craigslist that was advertising two hours for $69 which is false advertisement, and I call the number and some lady answer saying she was going to be sending a link to my cellphone to make the payment to Diem App so I schedule the time and the cost was $85.73 with taxes, so that was already a red flag they advertise fake dollar amount. I schedule the time and no one tries to contact me a day before or the same date to ensure I give them access to the apartment gate and provide directions. I tried multiple times to call the phone number and the phone is out of service, I send an email and no one responds. Diem is an app that probably hires anyone and is very sketchy the people who takes those jobs. The day of the cleaning day, I assume no on is going to show up but they deducted already my money from my bank, so I get a call from the lease office saying someone is there to clean my apartment. The lady was 25 minutes late, the two hours she stayed there she did not bring a vacuum, she cleaned the restroom good, but the kitchen refrigerator was not clean on the bottom cause she could not bend, and the oven was not clean inside. The dishwasher was not clean and the floors were also not clean. I do not recommend using this app. Anyone gets to pick the job and they are not professional at communicating and it feels like it is a scam. I understand people get paid less than what they charge but it is not worth it. You are more safe picking someone from legit business than using the app.

So far I have not completed a single job because there is never any job available, in the application it always appears that all the jobs have been taken and it is frustrating because they still continue to hire more staff when there are never any jobs, I contacted the company and they only answered me with instructions (on how to use the application) because perhaps that was the reason why I had no job offers, I answered and from that day until today I have not received any response. If this continues it makes me think that this company could be a fraud and that this way they could be stealing personal information.

No communication workers did not show up or call.Cannot get through to customer service to see what happened never called me or responded to texts. What a waste of my time.Never again.Looks great to start easy to schedule useless after that.

I am disabled and recently saved money to get my house cleaned. I stayed in my bedroom while the cleaner was “cleaning.” They were there for almost 5 hours and left the house worse than when they started. My floors were damaged from them using my swiffer wet without a pad on it. They did not vacuum, clean the bathroom at all, there was food still left in the sink, they didn’t even enter one of the bedrooms, and spent 4 minutes in the other. It seems they took 5 hours to rearrange the kitchen move the pillows on my couch, and sloppily mop my floor without sweeping or vacuuming first. On top of all of that that the cleaner acted inappropriate with me. Continually asked for my personal phone number, stood over me asking for a tip while I was on my computer, and touched my shoulders. I understand gig companies cannot always control how their employees behave but their unwillingness to give me a refund based on the fact they have have pay their employee is ridiculous. I had to pay to have someone come fix my floors and had to deal with feeing unsafe in my own home. All I asked for was my money back. I really wanted to love this company as it could be really useful for someone like me, but not caring enough about the customers to offer a simple refund for a terrible experience is unacceptable. I do not trust their screening process and would recommend avoiding at all costs.

If you looking for tasks app kindly avoid this app.Incase you are unable to do a task you had selected to do due to circumstances beyond your control (even if you inform and explain to them early enough) they will still terminate your services from their app.Theu got very poor management that is not able to handle and resolve issues in any professional manner .

They have one of the best and efficient service

The most horrible app ever. I got matched with someone. The person did not show up. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that they couldn't make it. It's impossible to get in contact with the person who is supposed to clean and the company Itself. The lady who was supposed to clean wrote to me 1.5hrs after she was supposed to start to ask me to reschedule. Just horrible. Do NOT USE IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE SCAMMED. What a waste of my time.

Diem completely misleads you with fake coupons. Their customer service phone extensions respond "extension not valid". Their SMS based support refuses to address or escalate issues regarding Diem false advertising.

I booked Diem's mover services. The movers never showed up so I demanded a refund. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company. Three weeks later I get a phone call from a Diem rep claiming their movers showed and I was not home but if I still needed helpers to move they could send someone right over. What a joke!! 30 days later and still no refund. I could not find Diem's phone number nor address on their website, nor could I find their corporate info on Google. Think twice about booking this shady business or you might get scammed too!!
