They refuse to give me a refund even…

They refuse to give me a refund even though they didn't have my shoes almost 3 month after the delivery day.

Their answer is that it is personalised item.(the super simple classic white wedding shoe with wide tacon 7cm for being able to be comfortable that day)

They were not late to get all the payment though since the very beginning.

This is not a proper condition of a pair of shoes that cost 260€.

P.S.: The decoration clip is not attached to the shoes.
While walking down the aisle opsss one moment I have to stick back the clip.
