Great service, next day delivery, been buying since 2023 witjout any issues.

Best service and products ever

They sent me defective gel polish. Without box, I even couldn't know expired date.
It was dry and thick. Agent was absolutely not helpful. Told me I have to pay for return postage and then after expectations they could issue refund. Even when I sent them pictures. Seriously???

The products from this brand are good, however.. the customer service is absolutely shocking. Won't be ordering again as it's not worth the hassle. Made an order for over £200, they were very quick to offer me a partnership, but not quick in processing the order. After a week i emailed asking what's the status of my order as i haven't had updates, just then it got sent out. It took another week for Yodel to process the shipping and the parcel went missing. I've contacted Didier again about missing parcel. After another week I get an email confirming the email that parcel is definitely missing and they have sent out a replacement (i initially was refunded £10.99 for non stock iteam). They didn't even ask if I want a new package sent or a refund.. they just sent out another order of value less by £40.11 than my initial order. I then was refunded another £10.99 and they emailed me saying that I've paid less than I paid. I've sent several emails asking to explain the cost difference and why they telling me incorrect prices. In the end it took 4 weeks to receive the order, i haven't received all the product I've ordered, they are ignoring my emails and they still owe me back £18.13. Worst experience ever!

Products are good, but every time i order it’s some problems. One package i even didn’t get, but i pay money and still i not get any answer. Second time came not all product what i have order. And third time order is late .
I hope they will fix them problems.

Horrible experience, package never delivered after contacting customer service new package was sent, but not the full order, as 1 item was sold in ut, 0 communication and never received refund for missing item 👎👎👎

The colors are gorgeous and the octagon base is very innovate. They are coming up with new ways to do nails, and i love it!
sometimes the shipping takes a while, but thats just a minor issue.

I have ordered many items and 1 was missing from the order. I contacted them for the item to be posted to me. Didn't ever mentioned a refund. I never wanted it. I just wanted to get what I paid for. Replied after a week asking to send a photo of the product. I did sent it. They replied, they don't offer a refund and factory said they packed it up, literally calling me a thief. Disgusting! That's literally not ok to do that when I paid nearly £100 for the products and I keep ordering very often. I will not any more... I will choose different product on the market and make sure my colleagues will be informed of this.

Super Nice products , good prices. I have used both bulder gel, builder in a bottle, liquid gels and the polygel, and all of Them are Nice to work with!
Their colors are Very pretty and covers great 👏🏻
I had bad allergy reactions back in 2010/11, and have taken a long break, but these products dont make break out 🤞🏻
The only “negative” is at bit of wait for the delivery 🤷‍♀️

I have contacted you well before shipping to change an item in my order. No replies even though you say you reply within 24 hours and no phone number. You simply ignored and shopped the order. I will not order again.

Rarely have I experienced such good customer service when my package disappeared and was not delivered. Incredibly good communication throughout and not a moment's hesitation in sending a new package free of charge. Thank you for fantastic products and not least customer service (in Danish) you have a loyal customer in me.

I'm happy with didler product and their support and shipping .. i get my purchases within 2-3 days .. the base products are gentle on the nails .. absolutely loving this brand .. I already purchased 3-4 times

Great quality in products, but the colours isn't as the pictures, sadly.

Bought 8 different colours and look forward to try them. Loved the nude and will try milky next🎈

Beyond and Better than my expectations.
The poly sculpture base was amazingly easy to add to my nails, and colours are so bright and beautiful.
I would rate this to be the best on the market to be honest.
