Ana amazing app easy to use and very informative x

Had a good night listening to live music in Stratford. Tickets were easily purchased using the DICE app, entry was a breeze with the app.
Whenever I want to purchase tickets and it's available on DICE I know it's going to be stress-free.

Amazing night on Saturday night in London seeing Carbon Based Lifeforms and AES Dana staff at the venue were very supportive in my Disability needs

App and booking exclusive is great, good value for money too.
Venue and concert (Islington Assembly Hall / Aes Dana + Carbon Based Lifeforms): Good music, fantastic laser show. However, it was way too loud to the point I had to use earplugs, and bass was ridiculously too heavy.

Eric Steckel & Band were outstanding playing an hour & a half flawlessly while connecting with the audience

Ticketing easy, no problems at all.

Great venue, the weather was good so a lot of people were outside as well as inside.
Music sounded great, huge bars & lots to chose from drink & food wise.
Long walk from Canning Town station so that is a bit of a killer but other than that. Loved it

Great little venue. Plenty of parking and toilet facilities, bars. Due to the size, the stage visibility is great. Well organised event.

I added myself to a waiting list to get some tickets for a band that I was hoping to see for a few months after a day tickets became available and I bought them. It was brilliant. I was worried this was going to be a scam but it turned out it wasn't and it's a very good website. I'll be using it again in the future

I went to see LuAnna! Amazing event and highly recommended people to listen to the podcast. The venue (Troxy in London) is beautiful and well organised, the drinks are very expensive £13+ for one drink!! I spent more on drinks than the actual ticket price!

The app itself is great and very convenient, but their so-called Fan Support leaves a big black stain on their reputation for me.
I have a ticket for a concert of Boris on 15/10, but a week ago something unforeseen happened - my mother, who has existing breast cancer, broke her leg, so I need to go to her and help with things and make necessary arrangements. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the show, so I reached out to their support, described the situation and even suggested that if needed, Dice can deduct any sort of fine (similar to the "insurance" service they offer when buying the ticket), but help me not to waste money and put it back for sale.
Yet what received in the response? Generic "we're so sorry, but...no".
Truly I was shocked by their lack of compassion and desire to help a customer in extreme circumstances like that.

The other recent example - I bought a ticket for Dazzling Killmen on 07/10, 19:30, and some time later, I saw an announcement of a Nails concert on 07/10 at 18:00. I was intrigued and bought it right away, and I didn't remember all the dates I have tickets for, yet I remember that Dice have a feature of warning a customer that they already have a ticket for another show on the day. Yet this time the app didn't show any warning (I presume, due to lack of overlap of concert start times).
Again, when I reached out to the "Fan Support" and asked them if I could return the Dazzling Killmen ticket (because, obviously, I won't be able to attend both shows in one go), but what did I receive? Sorry that the app didn't show the warning, but no, bye-bye.

Very, very disappointing.

Frankly speaking, if the customer support is capable of only refusing/declining any customer's request and not able to make any exceptions, what's the point of having it?
Any trivial chatbot would be able to respond with generic "we're so sorry, we understand, but no".
I don't see any point of having people on a payroll for doing such a job.

Always get tickets at a good price but it doesn't always have tickets for every event.

Really easy and simple to use with lots of information and updates.

Love this app. Reasonably priced tickets for smaller venues and upcoming bands. Used it so many times now, love it.

Love buying tickets on Dice. I know I'm going to be able to get tickets and check out easily. They send reminders about the gig and what to do. Love the tickets are not available until 2 hours before the event.

Booking with Dice was a positive and easy experience. They are intouch with the new underground bands and the gig prices are very reasonable. They are an organisation with principles. Something hard to come by in our progressively capitalist society.

Solid Grooves UL closing at dc-10 was a great, loved the garden! crowd was a bit pushy during the indoor portions but otherwise music was stellar and ticketing was a breeze!

was a lovely little venue and intimate and perfect for the book signing gig that was there. a little small and not enough room to manoeuvre a wheelchair but happily sat in the same place for the whole gig!
