Oh MY...
Interesting, you removing my review from years back “G.R.”. Don’t like valid criticism, huh? I can relate. However...
What’s even more interesting is now finding out why you really removed it (the how being as I mentioned a name, which is not the why) and how seriously illegal what you’re been doing really is. I’m posting it again and expect it to stay up: if it goes down, I’ll let the people you don’t want to know about your big legal oopsie and what you’ve been up to since 30th October 2015 – since the company has been in Administration, for anyone wondering. So call my bluff!
I shopped by em4minatures which directs to Dice & Games for processing. Em4 are good value, great quality and have many little gems for sale: the problems rest solely with poor management of the website and business. When you make an order of £85 within the UK and the invoice comes out as £0 for postage, you may think “great, because I made a larger order, they allowed free shipping” but no. Instead I receive an email asking for the postage to be paid of £12. So I paid the difference and got the items with 24 hours in fairness.
P&P is expensive and asking for it is not the problem. Keeping a poorly made shopping cart system which doesn’t add postage to the order, thereby causing the admin to have to contact the buyer directly asking for the postage by stating “send it to the same address as you made the first payment to” is amateurish. It’s sloppy expecting the buyer to fix the mistake your broken system made – lucky I was one of the ones who knew how to send an additional payment – because I’m telling you for a fact not everyone will easily get that because most people expect to pay once.
So no "G.R.": no point blaming the browser for the problem, or suggesting I should have seen your mistake on the invoice with no free postage (Could it have been maybe I get a £85 order delivered post free was the first over optimistic thought?). No apologies and expecting me to fix it is unprofessional.
This is the modern times guys, yet your last update on your skeleton of a FB page since 25th November 2013? (Ah: you changed THAT too I see: I know why now: very naughty considering what you’ve done!) Whoever tends to everything web related needs a course in web design - badly. If I needed any further proof of this being your issue, check out the current webpage homepage – it’s all messed up everywhere.
You get a 1-Star for being bad in all regards in my experience with your company ... if only people knew what you'd been up to: I won’t tell them the legal reasons why publicly, but vanish my review again and they sure as heck will find out. Dates are important in UK law. Good luck mind you! *wink*
