DiCarpet not to be trusted
Rug was sent to UPS for shipping; however, UPS made several requests for required information from seller and seller never responded. UPS returned rug to DiCarpet. Made several attempts to contact seller, but they never responded. Had to file a dispute with credit card company. Do not recommend doing business with DiCarpet.

The customer support explains it with the fact that the owner is abroad and that I have to wait until he is coming back ! This is an extremely unprofessional accounting and I would never choose this company again !

30 days return policy. 30 days worried about my money.
The ordering process worked well. The delivery too. Unfortunately, the carpets did not meet our expectations at all. I don’t want to say more about it. Therefore we communicated a day later that we are sending back the carpets and asked for a return ticket. And after that it got difficult. After some waiting and multiple requests, we asked Paypal for help. After 3 weeks, the full amount was transfered from our account, although we sent the carpets back. Than I wrote Paypal and asked for further help. Finely I got the money back. But it was a nerve wracking experience.
