I find them impossible to work with. I have been trying to return a duplicate order and there is no information about returns on their website except to send an email form to them. They claim to get back to you in 48 hours and I have heard nothing back within two weeks and three email requests. I also cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site nor online.
Their makeup is great quality!!! Customer service was awesome! I purchased a about a year ago and the lid on my highlighter status stick cracked into pieces. I could not travel with it or store it with the rest of my makeup but had a ton of the product left. I requested them to send me a lid. They asked the problem. Order# if I had it (on site) and some pics of the problem... 2 weeks later they sent me a whole new $36 status stick highlighter .... on them!!! No shipping cost ...no cost to me. I love their products and will be staying with them for their cream blushes. Thank you DIBS!!!!!
