I had a very disappointing experience with this jewelry store. They did not deliver my order on time, changed prices along the way, and sent a completely different piece from the one I originally ordered.
When I tried to resolve the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they treated me as if I were the one at fault even though I have clear proof through messages and screenshots showing the exact item and details we agreed upon.
Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, refusing to admit the mistake and even saying they couldn’t refund me because they “don’t have the money.” Instead, they offered only to exchange the piece for something else in the store and still tried to charge me extra.
This is not how a serious jewelry business should operate. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for clients is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store until they learn how to treat customers honestly and responsibly.

Without a doubt my favorite jewelry! Stunning pieces and great quality

I have two beautiful pieces from Diaz Jewelry, the grande Soley necklace and the Blanca hoops. Both pieces are crafted and designed beautifully, and are without a doubt my favorite and most worn jewelry. I bought my pieces back in 2021, and I have been wearing them daily ever since! I will highly recommend buying from Diaz; the jewelry is absolutely stunning and unique, the pieces are well crafted which shows in the quality and last but not least, my overall shopping experience was very good and pleasant (my jewelry even came with a cute box!)

They have beautiful jewellery with a timeless design. I always get great advice on which items to choose and on how to care for them as well. My orders always arrive quickly and in the cutest box. I love this brand 💚
