One big scam – product completely different from what was advertised

I ordered a genuine diatomite stone bath mat from this website, expecting a solid stone product as advertised. What I received was a cheap, thin Chinese-made mat that is completely different from the product shown on the website and, in my opinion, worth no more than £5.

I have contacted the company several times by email, but they simply do not respond. There is no proper customer service, no meaningful contact, and I have been unable to arrange a return or get my money back.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. The product I received is not what I ordered or what was advertised on the website.

Based on my experience, this feels like one big scam. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
