Diana Beauty & Creative UK Reviews 

I am writing about Diana Beauty Creative Benelux Online (Netherlands / Benelux division).

I paid for a product via iDEAL. The courier (DPD) marked the parcel as delivered, but I never received anything. I was at home at the delivery time and checked nearby pickup points — nothing was there.

DPD confirmed that only the seller can initiate an investigation. The seller refused to properly cooperate, provided no proof of delivery, did not initiate a transparent investigation, and eventually stopped responding completely. No refund was issued.

I have already filed an official complaint with the ACM (Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets) and reported this case to the Fraudehelpdesk.

This is not about the amount (around 40 EUR), but about principle and extremely poor, unacceptable treatment of customers. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very careful with this webshop.

I have a wonderful experience working with these products, both personal care weekly and those for hydration! While nanoplasty or straightening treatments last for a period of 4-9 months as the technology suggests, the experience is much better and more useful! First and foremost, they are vegan products, and the duration of their effect on hair is much more than 9 months! Working with the same clients, it has been easy for me to understand the quality of the products, as they return every 6-8 months to straighten the roots, and I am pleasantly surprised that the hair remains straight at the length achieved previously, or even after 3 years, I have still seen extraordinary results! If you are someone who wants to work with quality products, opt for these! I am a very sensitive person, but I love this extraordinary Hairdressing Industry, always seeking to work with something of quality and not to be disturbed while working! With over 4 years of experience with these products, I have never had a less pleasant experience; the product has always done its job, regardless of the hair type! You just need to know the structure of the hair strand, the chemistry of the product, and how to work correctly with them!
