Complete disappointment

Order AT-19649 was issued on October 27th. I received it only on December 6th. The ring was sent with a defect, there are abrasions on it. Complete disappointment.

Attention to detail

The site has a massive amount of choice and options. I liked that I could easily get platinum in most styles of ring and I could change the diamonds to fit my budget and preferences. However, what is unusual is how much detail they give in the description, including the ability to see how the dimensions change with changes in carat size etc.

When I had narrowed it down to 2 pretty similar rings I used the chat feature and spoke with Alex. He was really fantastic and had deep knowledge of the products and the details. As a result of speaking with him I felt I could make a really informed decision and ordered that day.

When the ring arrived and I gave it to my wife she was delighted. Not only was it very pretty, but matched really nicely with the rings she wears in that finger. Since I was able to know the height of the ring I knew it was going to sit flush with the next ring and form a nice stack. Thank you to diamond factory and Alex for being so detail oriented and knowledgeable.

I bought a engagement ring from the DIamonds factory a few weeks ago. I ordered a beautiful engagement ring and I was going abroad to get engaged but the timescale was tight. I spoke to DF several time. After ordering it and they did everything they could to procure the ring and they was amazing to met the time scale. I would highly recommend DF.

Staff were extremely helpful via chat and phone with my queries. Their advice allowed me to make an informed choice. I purchased an 18" 18ct white gold curb necklace and pendant with 1/2 carat solitaire diamond. The quality was excellent and extremely good value.

I went for a consultation with Mitch at the Nottingham branch. He was very polite patient and helpful.
I picked an engagement ring that was bigger than the one I purchased and he was honest and told me it didn’t suit me and that the smaller ring looked so much better.
I could’ve spend a lot more money but he was more interested in the final
Look.
I got my ring in 3 weeks exactly how I thought it would look, beautiful!
I had good updates throughout
So glad I chose to go there
Definitely going to get wedding rings there as well!

Those special earrings….

An absolutely straight forward experience. Good online pics, placing my order was easy.
I was apprehensive opening my black diamond earrings when they arrived but they were even better in real life, absolutely perfect.

If collection had been a bit more…

If collection had been a bit more friendly it would be 5. Ordering really easy, really lovely looking ring. She loves it! But when i went to collect it the girl shoved it out and i asked something and she shut it before i could even look. But to be fair to her she did seem like she couldn't be bothered with me!

I ordered ruby earrings from diamond…

I ordered ruby earrings from diamond factory in 11/7 and got their package with broken ruby earrings. I contacted their customer service for how to return it since there was no returning label and also wanted to confirm if the US address was working. They said I had to ship it back to UK address with package fully insured with priority shipping, and they will reimburse the shipping fees. However, after they received the package, they said they can only reimburse me $50 since the product is damaged. But the actual shipping fees is $175. It is like I waste a lot time and spend $125 for nothing. They offered very pool quality broken earrings, and made it so hard and expensive to return it, and also don't reimburse all shipping fees. Never want to ship on their website and will ask everyone don't to do so.

Update 01/11/2023: I still did not get my shipping fee refund back even they promised to refund $175. I contacted them multiple times, looked like they could not refund by credit card and have to refund to bank. But after provided my bank information, they still could not refund. My bank is JP Morgan chase, the biggest bank in US. Then I asked them if they have other methods like check or PayPal, no response.
