Diamonds Painting Reviews 

I have never been so shocked by a business. I ordered at the end of August 2020 and purchased a personalised diamond art and a magnifying glass from this company as a birthday present for my mum (her birthday is the 7th October). I received the diamond art by the 14th September 2020 but didn’t receive the magnifying glass. So I contacted customer service and they said they will get it sorted and provide me with an update. Ever since then I have had to chase them every couple and weeks and they give me vague responses how they are working to resolve this and will get in touch with an update. They are now blaming this on the post which is rubbish. I don’t believe I will ever get the magnifying glass and they have just taken my money. Also the personalised diamond art was atrocious, looks terrible and is not with it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Sent a photo that I knew had lots of vibrant colour and depth. What I received back, was a dull version of my photo. The return address is to Israel, which makes returns that much harder and with no guarantee the company will refund you. My order only seemed to be shipped, after I enquired with them about they delay. Would look for other sites for a diamond painting.

Item never showed up however cheap tacky free gift did. Tracking said delivered. Ordered ar beginning of November for xmas present.

Requested refund as item coming from china so even if they sent another it wouldnt arrive in time (they dont tell you that when you order) and specifically said dont send another.

They've said they've sent another.

Emails going back and forth are just copy paste on their end they dont actually read anything you say. Wont refund despite many many emails. Now going through paypal case and they arent responding to that either.

Oh! And when i tried contacting them on facebook to see if i would get a quicker response... after a few messages they blocked me.

Money grabbing company who will take your money and not deliver. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid like the plague.

this seller is a cheat , fake ,lier ! don't buy any painting from this shop , their products are drop shipping from bad factory ! don't trust them ! their products really bad !

I ordered a custom painting from them. It took ages to come. When it finally arrived I couldn't wait to complete it, half way through I am noticing the blurriness. One part the sticker came off with the paper, another part there was a crease in the sticky layer. The photo turned out so blurry its unbelievable and darker, much darker than the original photo. I notice in their website they say 1200+ 5 star reviews yet you cannot find one on the website or where you could write one. I emailed them regarding this and the fact about the reviews and they said they would look into it and get back to me. It takes hours and hours to complete one of these and to end up with an indeterminate blur, extremely disappointing.

In a sentence: I never received my order.

The company ships from China, the order is not sent for signed-for delivery, and there is no guarantee that it will arrive. The tracking only follows your order to the local post office, and if you complain they give you the phone number of their courier service in China where you can call and complain. Good luck with that.

The simple truth is that they took my money and the only thing I received is a tracking number. I wonder what use is the tracking for if they are not able to track the package if it gets lost.

No need to say that they refused to re-send the package. They save money by employing cheap delivery methods, and the one who pays if there is a problem is the client.

Total waste of money, look elsewhere.

I ordered one over lockdown no issues other than delayed delivery to be expected. So I ordered another custom piece however received the wrong item, I emailed and they said they would send the right item. After 6 weeks of chasing up and being told “we’re waiting for confirmation of shipping” I asked for a refund which they refused... they then sent to replacement... which was exactly the same as the first wrong piece! Still no refund. Still no custom piece.

Waited ages for delivery, when they arrived the quality is so poor it is just one big blur. Have been promised replacements since April 2020, still waiting, requested refund told they will not refund because it is over 45 days!!!!It took longer than that to receive the order which was rubbish in the first place! I have all the photo evidence of the poor quality they send and then the promises they make and don’t keep!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered a custom print just after lockdown had started. Had a receipt then no other communication. I kept checking the order status for updates and there was nothing for 2 weeks. Couldnt find any other form of contact except for email so I contacted them to have the pandemic notice sent to me that they were trying hard etc. All I wanted to know was how long it was going to take after all I had no idea where the print was coming from either. A month went by and still no update, emailed again to be told they were "sorting this thing out" meaning my issue! Still no answer on how long it would take to send my order only they were working hard. Emails continued and I eventually asked for a refund for it to be refused and told people are so happy with the outcome and that I wont regret it (now questioning myself after seeing the 1st review), I was also told previously by Sam that all April order (this included mine) are guaranteed to be delivered in 45 business days, meaning I'd get mind by tuesday 23rd June. Finally on the 30th May I had a text saying my diamond kit had been shipped and here was the tracking info. It was then I realised it was coming from China. So now I'm even more annoyed with myself for ordering from somewhere so far! I emailed yesterday to say that they had guaranteed April orders would be delivered I 45days and that as mine is still on route this won't be arriving by Tuesday and out of goodwill a refund should be issued. Once again avoiding the issue and telling me about the epidemic meaning parcels at the postal service centre being strict etc which I expected regardless but they SHOULD NOT be telling me they guarantee the order to arrive in 45days when they clearly have no idea. Ordered 21st April 2020 and will not be ordering again! Shocking customer service

First time doing a diamond painting; I ordered a 40x50 personalized canvas as it was advertised that the bigger sizes were better for detailed pictures. It took months to complete and the finished product was nothing like my original picture. The photo I submitted was from my vow renewal. I wore an all white dress and my husband wore a dark purple suit. The diamonds that made up my dress were all shades of grey, blue and lavender - my WHITE dress was made up of these colors. My husband’s suit was comprised of all black diamonds. The same black diamonds make up portions of my daughters’ skin, as well as reddish diamonds - I’m not sure how that was viewed as accurate at their factory. The central part of the painting (my family of 4) looks horrible and because of this I am unable to hang it in my home as I intended.

I did reach out to the company to express my disappointment and while there was no solution I’d be happy with, they were very responsive to my emails. They offered to send another painting, bigger this time (50x70), claiming I needed a bigger size in order for my details to be accurate. It took forever to complete the original painting and it also caused me severe neck pain so I was not interested in another painting. I did appreciate their responsiveness though.
