Very attentive and nice

I was interested in doing a loan for a few pieces of jewelry I no longer use. Diamond Banc was the best choice for this. Jodi in the Tampa office was fabulous. She made sure I understood the process, I didn’t feel rushed, fast and efficient service. It was like doing business with family. I would definitely recommend to others.

I've been involved in precious metals and stone investments and have dealt in simple appraisals to selling, buying, and procuring loans for a long time, and as a military member, ive interacted with purveyors all over the world and this is the place I trust the most and quite frankly enjoy dealing with for the aforementioned reasons...

New customer so review may change. In a temporary pinch so using loan program for one of my Rolexes. Jordan did a great job reviewing all options with loans or selling. Full communication the entire way via text and call follow ups to make it easy. I see some negative reviews about interest rates Jordan clearly explained how the goal of loan is to pay it off in full within 30 or 90 days based off program you choose. You shouldn’t be doing this if you’re goal is small payments over time

Super easy and fast transaction. I needed to get rid of an old Rolex and they gave me a fair price and I was paid a day and a half after they received it.

Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient. My initial contact was Jordan (Tampa). He answered all my questions thoroughly then stepped back allowing me all the time I needed. When I decided to move forward with a loan against my diamond ring, I dealt with Jordan's support team in Columbia, MO. Excellent customer relations skills. Every text was answered within an hour or two. Julie walked me through the whole process. I changed my mind and wanted alternative terms for my loan after I received the contract. Julie was gracious and patient, forwarding me new loan papers within hours and the money was wired to my account the next morning. I would recommend Diamind Banc without hesitation.
