Great experience, very professional and knowledgeable!

I highly recommend going to Diamond Banc to have them look at your jewelry because they are very thorough inspecting your jewelry and they explain the process instead of making you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. The process was pretty easy and there was no pressure. I give this place a 10/10 and I plan on going back sometime next month.

They were the only ones that had the specialized equipment to sense that my diamond was not lab grown, and they were able to give a higher price because of that. - [ ] Tried to do a second transaction and Mills Menser had to get involved, the CEO of the company. I’ve never been treated so badly in my entire business career. I am a local retired very successful banker and resident for over 40 years, but was treated by him like I was a criminal.
- [ ] I’ll give Mills the most negative review possible and the local management team and local staff 5 stars. Unfortunately, since Mills is the CEO and was so unbelievably harsh in his communication and decision making I’ll have to give the company the worst review possible.
- [ ] Did my second transaction with a local company in Clearwater and I will definitely be going back to them from now on. They are great people.
