My straightforward purchase hit an unexpected snag with the supplier — something entirely outside Jamie's control. What followed was an impressive display of customer care. Jamie went so far above and beyond that, by the end, I got a stone I seriously couldn't be happier with.

Every email I sent was met with genuine attention and advice. I never once felt like a difficult customer. All specs, cut quality, and specific requirements were carefully considered and taken seriously throughout. Just being able to discuss and ponder was of great help with the final decision.

The postage was fast, the whole process only took a few days, along with quality assurance and IGI inscription check photos uploaded to my order tracker prior to the final dispatch.

The presentation on arrival was special, exactly what you’d want from a luxury purchase. From a handwritten thank you note to a reusable metal diamond display box - all colour coordinated! My partner and I were both impressed before the box was even fully open.

The sincerity, the patience, the care — it came freely and showed in every interaction.

And perhaps most importantly, the pricing is really affordable, completely cuts out the crazy markup of the lab diamonds in high street spots and most of the available vendors in UK. I already know this won't be my last purchase from Diamond Labs UK. Thank you so much.

I did plenty of research before going ahead and ordering my diamond from Diamond Labs. The communication was excellent with a way to track exactly where in the process of shipping, verification and delivery we were. Photos of the diamond's serial number were included so I could be sure what I received was what I ordered. Packaging and delivery was efficient and I was delighted with the diamond I had chosen. I didn't have any issues but the procedure for returning something you weren't happy with was clear. The delivery included a personal note from Jamie and when I emailed to say how happy I was, I received a prompt reply. All in all, I was extremely happy and would definitely recommend.

I was honestly a bit sceptical ordering from here at first as their online presence was quite new. I messaged customer support beforehand just to get a feel for the company and they were really friendly, helpful, and reassuring that they are legit!

I ended up ordering two diamonds and they were exactly as expected, have confirmed the IGI with a jeweller. They kept me updated throughout the delivery process and even sent extra videos of the stones when they came in which was really kind and exciting :)

Everything arrived as planned, and there was even a lovely handwritten note in the order which was a really nice touch. Overall great service I would definitely recommend, I hope o have an excuse to buy more diamonds in future!

I recently ordered an emerald cut lab diamond from this company. The full transaction went smoothly and I got regular updates every step of the way. My diamond actually arrived a few days before the specified date which was a nice surprise and it was packaged absolutely beautifully with the IGI certificate enclosed. I also received a hand written letter thanking me for my custom which you very rarely get nowadays. I wouldn't hesitate to use diamond labs again especially as their prices are really good too. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I’m based in London and came across Diamond-Labs UK through an ad here on Reddit. I decided to check them out and instantly fell in love with the perfect pink pear stone (I’m an absolute sucker for pink!). After taking some time to think it over, I decided to go for it — the pricing was significantly better than other online vendors.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. I was kept informed every step of the way. When there was a potential issue with sourcing the stone from India, they immediately communicated it to me and proactively offered alternative solutions. Thankfully, it all worked out and they secured my original stone.

The packaging was beautiful, complete with a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. They even planted a tree on my behalf, which made the purchase feel even more special.

Honestly, 11/10 experience. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone based in the UK looking for a lab diamond.

I purchased a lab diamond to make in to an engagement ring from Diamond Labs. Everything went very well, the diamond was delivered in some nice packaging promptly, and all was as described. The jeweller I had set the ring actually said that they would have been unable to get the stone as cheaply as I did even given access to wholesale prices through their business. My partner (now fiance I suppose!) is extremely happy with her ring, can't recommend going through the process of buying your own stone and making something unique highly enough
