Without Dial a Geek Bristol my computer life would be unsustainable. Unfazed by my personal incompetence, they are super patient, efficient, friendly and highly professional. I needed what for them was a small job done with a very tight schedule: everything was fixed and working with days to spare. I have been an individual customer for many years and they have never let me down - or made me feel foolish or unwelcome, which is pretty amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who has computer problems.

Dial A Geek manage the IT for our company. They purchase computers and set them up for us, and handle all IT problems and issues. They are brilliant. Nothing is an issue, everything gets resolved quickly, and they are always happy to assist.

Always helpful and patient and they can fix most problems remotely. On the odd occasion that they have to meet on our premises they are invariably polite and positive.
