Love their stuff

Love their stuff, both very tasty and great in terms of nutrients/sugar contents. Dont feel guilty after eating it lol

Be very careful

Be very careful if you want to buy this company's products. If you have a problem you cannot call the company and they do not respond to email. Use a credit card and not a debit card for your transaction so that the credit card company can resolve your issue.

Out of date

Bought aero type chocolate bars off them ive had them many times as well as many other products which have all been good 👍
However this time they were out of date by 2 years they were stale horrible and not edible at all and worst thing they for my mum on mother's day 😢 cust services send pics of dates on packages and they'd refund sent pics 3 times and they said never received everything the email was received with the attachment so I got nothing check dates people or you might as well chuck money in bin my dad ordered these for me if diabolical read it same last name

Chemical cocktail

Chemical cocktail, disgusting. Apple cake contains 24 additives including 4 high risk carcinogens. The cake stinks of plastic and chemicals, it’s inedible. It should be banned.

No response from Customer service

Last 3 orders have contained incorrect items. The first was corrected, though I had to contact customer service three times before anything happened. The second time I decided to live with it due to time considerations. When an identical error happened again next time, I contacted them and two weeks later I have still not heard anything from them,

Even though customer service on many sites I buy from is very poor these days, as people use auto and AI responses in place of actual people, Diablo is still at the bottom of the pile. Absolutely terrible.

Nutrition information incorrect on product I purchased

I have been purchasing Diablo sugar free stuff for years. However recently I discovered a discrepancy on the nutritional information of the chocolate wafers. Basically the packing states 44 Calories per 2 wafers but it’s actually per wafer so consuming 2 would double the calories to 88. So in and so forth. When I contacted Diablo to correct this information I didn’t get any reply back. So the packing information is still incorrect. It’s not a major thing for sure but anybody watching their calorie intake may well not me too happy with this. Just look at the product with and calorie per 100g and then per wafer and it will show the discrepancies.

Used to be good products but poor customer service

Used to be good products, but very poor to no customer service now and they never seem to learn. I just bulk bought a whole load of bars and when they arrived I see they've only a few months till they're out of date! If you're going to take bulk orders Diablo, do the sensible thing and send out products with at least a year left, or nearly a year left - otherwise DROP YOUR PRICES ACCORDINGLY BECAUSE OF THIS FACT, ie you clearly know they're old stock with not long to expire, sell them off cheaply.

This isn't the first time Diablo have done this to me, I think they're generally staffed by people who simply don't check things or bother thinking about their customers or even why people buy their products.

I emailed them to complain and got back a pretty rude reply that ignored my complaint and simply said only under 3 months will items go on sale. Nice tone of email Diablo. Think some of your staff need some customer care training.

You've lost another customer for good. Not a very nice company.

Customer service- Non existent

Absolutely shocking customer service

Placed an order, order was left in a random place even though I was home so didn't receive
Spoke to Royal mail who agreed and asked me to contact Diablo

I have contacted them 5 times for them to state the obvious it was left

No reply
Now having to go through credit card company and contact trading standards

Delivery via a shipping partner

I found these products in a health food shop, liked them so ordered some online via the website. They clearly state "Orders placed before 10am on working days .. will be processed and despatched by CLF Distribution the same day". This is not true. Placed my order at 9:13am on a Monday. Still waiting for my order over 48 hours later, the order is still "processing" and "CLF distribution" don't respond to emails. Would think twice about using the website again.

Amazing

Amazing, first discovered Diablo on a site called onbuy. I ordered a hamper as I am a type 1 diabetic that enjoys a snack but everything I was eating was obviously interfering with my blood glucose, anyway ordered this hamper and everything was lovely. There were some items I enjoyed more than others so I decided to order directly from Diablo and I’m glad I did! The BEST sugar free snacks I’ve ever ever had, and I’ve been diabetic for 26 years so I’ve tried a lot! Diablo is the best confectionery for diabetics. Thank you!!
