The VERY worst company EVER

The VERY worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m 67 years old. No customer service, I’m so glad my doctor is sending me to another company for my diabetic supplies, be prepared to spend a minimum of 2 hours on hold and that’s if you call at 8 am. If there was ever a company that should be closed down it’s this one, THEY SUCK.

I was overbuild by CCS Medical

I was overbuild by CCS Medical. I caught the mistake in November 2025, it is the second week of March and the issue has not been resolved. CCS Medical has routinely said they have sent a check in the mail to correct the overcharging, but I have received numerous mailings for re-orders, but have not received the check to correct their mistake. I have waited on the phone for them to answer my call and have been hung up twice after waiting 45 minutes for them to answer. CCS Medical is terrible and I would advise no one to do business with them.

I wish I could give negative stars!

I wish I could give negative stars!! I ordered insulin pump supplies in December and they still haven't sent them. I have called and spoke to a very rude representative who said both of my insurance companies are saying they are primary. I called them both and that is not true. My secondary has never been my primary. I did find out they have never billed my secondary. Yet they still have not sent my supplies. In October of 2025 they changed my credit card twice once for the supplies and the second for no reason over $300 and refuse to return it!! This is the worst company. They hold people's health hostage by not sending out life altering and saving medical equipment!!

What a useless company

What a useless company. After my insurance company switched to them it took forever to get my supplies and I went 2 weeks without them. Now after I finally started receiving them, they sent me the wrong thing and I have been on hold for almost 45 minutes waiting to try and straighten it out and most likely I will run out of my supplies before anything is fixed. t's very comforting to know they take my health needs SO seriously by continually screwing it up

I only gave them 1 star because there were no negative stars available. What a worthless waste of time. Glad my insurance company BCBS of Kansas City got a good deal to use them as an in network supplier. They have had my information for 1 month and have yet to complete an order. Every time I speak with them and every time BCBS of Kansas City speaks to them there is another excuse as to why nothing has shipped. This is not a luxury item that I can do without. It is insulin pump supplies that I use to live.

Late shipment, poor communication

I received several emails from CCS on 02/03/26, 02/08, 02/13 and 02/18 that my pump supplies would be shipped on 02/19/2026. On 02/25 another email informed me that authorization for said shipment was overdue. On 03/02 another email informed that the shipment would be on 03/07/2026. That is 17 days after the original ship date of 02/19. After several years of good service. This is unacceptable.
Of course, reaching a human by phone is also an impossible option.
And of course, their web site was not working. One could log in but when clicking on the order number it would not allow you to complete the oder.
CCS is seriously failing. Are they still trust worthy?????

Steadily declining service

Was a customer of CCS for eight years. They steadily went down hill. Always attempted to charge me for my insulin pump supplies when my insurance covers all supplies at 100% after deductible. That would force you to need to place orders through a representative and they rarely answer the phone. They also continually hound you to order supplies with reminders and then continue to remind you that the order will ship "soon."
The last straw was my latest order which I authorized a few weeks in advance and a week after the "shipping date I still have no supplies. Running out of my infusion sets, I was able to start service directly with the pump manufacturer and I'll have my order in a few days. I called to cancel my order from CCS and it took five hours for the call back. Also need to wait for a refund because of course they charged me when I shouldn't have been charged at all. I also closed my account with CCS because I'd rather use a rusty syringe than suffer with their terrible service

Piss poor customer service

Piss poor customer service, unauthorized charges on my credit card that later had to be credited back, missed ship dates for critical supplies, eternal hold when calling them- no one ever answers just recordings over & over telling you to use their website.

I am in the process of getting a insulin pump from CCS. I was told it would ship three weeks ago and still have not received the pump or even a notification of the tracking information. I have call multiple times and the automated system say wait time is approx. 5 minutes. Two and a half hours later still no representative has answered. Their customer service is terrible. You can't even talk to someone together a status on your order. Terrible service.

Company shows no empathy

Called on Wednesday and used their callback feature as it was over a 30 minute wait. Asked about the status of my order. The representative said it was being shipped that day. I was down to only 2 infusion sites. Checked the portal on Saturday. It said my shipment was in NJ and that I should expect my package on 2/16. Now I am down to my last infusion site. Checked the portal again on Monday 2/16. It said my package was set to be delivered on 2/16, but it said also that it was waiting insurance approval. Called CCS medical and said it was over 30 minutes, so I left a call back. Nobody called back for over an hour, so I called again and this time waited over 1 and half hours and still nobody picked up. Finally I got the call back that I had left 4 hours earlier. The rep said that CCS was still waiting for approval from my insurance company. I asked why they never called me about this. She said she didn't know. I told her I was in desperate need of infusion sites. All she told me I could do was to call Tandem, so I called Tandem which picked up right away and they were able to send me 4 infusion sites overnight but I had to pay 35.00 dollars. I had no choice but to pay. CCS medical used to pick up the phone within a few minutes, so I don't know what is going on to having over 1 hour or more waits. I am very disgusted and disappointed with this customer. It is hypocritical for insurance companies and doctors to tell diabetics to watch their blood sugar when it is so difficult to get supplies.

I placed a call to 1-888-MEDICAL (CCS Medical)

I placed a call to 1-888-MEDICAL. After confirming all of my information I was told, "Estimated wait time, 30 minutes". Really? I accepted the call back feature when it popped up on my phone screen. Six minutes later my phone rang and I accepted the call from CCS Medical. I was immediately placed on hold with lousy music to listen to for over 53 more minutes! A total of 59 minutes and 34 seconds to speak to a human!
As a side, my call was necessary for me to get a $155.93 refund on an order that I should not have been charged. Humana paid the full amount for the order. Additionally, I was place on hold an additional 4 times and transferred to a second employee to process the refund. According to my phone log, I spent a total of 1 hour and 13 minutes for CCS Medical's error. Please tell me why I should not be refunded additional monies for my time?

Exceptionally bad…

When I first called there was a hour & 10 min wait so I took advantage of the “they would call me back option” when it became my turn. This was early afternoon and I never received a call back. The next morning exact same results no call back. I even took my phone off call screening to make sure it would ring. After another day I called and waited for a hour & a half for pickup. When the person answered I explained my problem and she told me this was a Dexcom problem and to call them. I had told her about my experience. I tried to tell her it didn’t believe it was because it had to do with me not receiving my order. Her exact words were”Dexcom would take care of the problem & send me a replacement. She said I needed to first fill out a claim with UPS so I’d have a claim # for Dexcom. She added it happens all the time. I went to UPS site and filled out the form for the claim. I got all the way through with it only to get a popup message saying “this company doesn’t accept claims from UPS”. So I called Dexcom (always one of the best customer service experiences you can have). They said that would not be something they would since CCS sent the package. She sent me a supervisor who told me the same thing, which I knew sounded correct as it made no sense that Dexcom would “free of charge” replace something they really had no responsibility for. He tried to connect with CCS to discuss with me on the phone. He got the same wait time as I had. He apologized but there really wasn’t anything they could do. Later that day I called my doctor and they are holding me extra Dexcom equipment to pick up at no extra charge. I know this is long so maybe you can understand why I’m totally frustrated with your customer service. I am weighing my choices to find a new delivery company for the product. I have been a customer for years and I never raise formal complaints but this time I

This company is horrible avoid them like the plague. I have been fighting with them for over two months to get my insulin supplies and they are constantly changing stories failing to ship when they say. I feel like basically they are trying to see how many people they can kill. If your insurance says that this is the provider they use then you need to find another insurance

Strange metamorphoses are happening…

Strange metamorphoses are happening with CCS Medical. Two years ago, Medicare assigned us to this problematic company – poor customer service and all that. We struggled with them for two months until our serious problems reached their boss. Miraculously, they improved! And until December 2025, they worked perfectly. But our happiness ended in December 2025. A complete collapse into the abyss of despair! Terrible customer service – three numbers, and they all give the same answer: a two-hour waiting time. Two other numbers have a 35-minute waiting time, but then the call is dropped. A life-or-death problem – a disabled senior woman received an order with a new version of the sensor, but without the Reader, which is supposed to read the sensor's readings and instantly warn with a signal in case of a sudden, life-threatening fall or spike. After a week of fruitless attempts to contact customer service by phone and online, we received a call from a man at CCS Medical who started blackmailing us, seeing our desperate situation, by demanding cash payment for the Reader! This company is a complete failure in medical service in the USA!
