The problem with DHL is that one pays…
The problem with DHL is that one pays alot of money to have a next-day delivery but actually the package NEVER arrives the next day, if you are lucky your package arrives 2 days later or later-later: example 7253787435, example 7378647205 among many others. When we complained to our local DHL-HQ in Luxembourg, they replied that they have nothing to do with it because the shipment is coming from France, or from Germany. And this happens EVERY TIME!

Very delayed delivery!
I ordered something from Sweden and was delivered in 12 days. I was promised 2days delivery! Will never use them again! I was charged 38 euros for premium phone calls to DHL express!

Worst service in the world. Pretty coloured vans but can’t deliver parcels. And impossible to speak with customer service.

It’s the worse service ever
It’s the worse service ever. DHL express charging double market price for Express within 24 hours delivery but the delivery time even longer like 5 days within Eu , than a regular post service which is half price of dhl express.
