Avoid DHL Express, Customs Services

Avoid DHL Express Customs Services!
Unprofessional and hidden fees.

Very bad experience. DHL Finland makes constant errors and forces customers to pay for their mistakes.

August 2026: They overcharged me over €29 on a storage bill. They admitted the mistake over the phone, but refused to send a corrected invoice.

September 2026: They gave me the WRONG customs tracking number (belonging to another person!). I paid duty for the wrong parcel.

The Result: After I paid the duty again for the correct package, DHL sent me a €44 storage invoice for the delay THEY created!

Zero apologies, zero responsibility, and terrible customer service. They do not fix their mistakes — they just send you extra bills. Avoid them if you can!
