Fake missed deliveries, lack of respect

I am ordering from years through bol and amazon and they cannot manage to do one delivery. When I work remotey and I am home I always get a falsified "missed delivery" notification, they deliver to the neighbours without even bother to tell me at which number they deivered so that I am supposed to try many meighbourd around me just because they didn't have 30 seconds to write at which number they delivered.
This is not honest, you should learn to respect our time. It's at the limits of scamming to ask receivers to work extra to complete the delivery that you didn't do

Can i give half a star

Can i give half a star? not worth it! delivery box of 15kg left on the street side, i was home waiting. box was open, everyone can see the contents, very expensive also to top it all! Client service chatbot is useless. no way to call and get a person. scandalous

They say I'm never home, while I am

Every time I expect a delivery from DHL eCommerce, they just mention in the app that I was not at home and they couldn't deliver. Meaning, that they 'try' again the next day. I'm staying home on purpose for these packages and then I still have to go to pick them up at a pick-up point as they are never delivered to my home. Very bad service!

Package "DELIVERED"

The other day I ordered a package and DHL was in charge of delivering it to me. They sent me an email on March 27th stating that it had been delivered, and they didn't deliver my package to me. I don't know what they've done with my package, but they didn't give it to me and I tried to talk to them and I didn't get a response. They didn't even inform me if they had delivered it to a neighbor. I went to ask the neighbors and none of them have it. I want my package.

No, DHL, I was actually home

Typical: package not delivered when I was home. No 'we missed you' card in my mailbox. No attempt to deliver to neighbours (who were also home). Driver probably wasn't even on my street. I wouldn't mind having to pick it up from a service point on the same day, but that's not an option -- now I have to wait god knows how long.

The status of my parcel showed delivered but i didn't receive anything …

The status of my parcel showed ''delivered'' but i didn't receive anything. I don't know where my package is. Not delivered by the neighbors or in my mailbox. I tried to contact the customer service there is only a chat bot who keeps telling you to contact the sender of the shipment and the sender telling to contact the DHL customer service. Waste of money and time, the worst customer service ever.

Careless

Uuuuuuseless, careless driver delivered to wrong address, neighbour two doors down. Looked at the tracking photo and WTF where is that. Pay ATTENTION the address and house numbers are clearly marked. Maybe he needs to go to specsavers.

Terrible customer experience

They say that they will deliver the package on Thursday but they delivered it on Wednesday. I had made all the arrangements with my work to be at home on Thursday. Fine. They left a note that we missed each other. On the note there was nothing written, only a QR code to scan. When I scan the QR and go to their website they just mention that the package is with a neighbor. THEY DON'T GIVE THE NUMBER. So I don't know with whom my package is right now. Let's hope someone will ring my bell anytime soon. Never choosing this company again.

Issue with a recent…

I encountered an issue with a recent delivery where my package was rejected by the reception security. The security guard requested that the package be placed at the nearest DHL service point. However, the driver proceeded to cancel the delivery and returned the package to the sender, stating that I had refused to accept the package.

My question is: Why did the driver not take the package to the nearest DHL service point as requested by the security guard? Additionally, how is it possible for a security guard, who has no knowledge of the order, to reject the package?

Don´t use them

It´s funny and sad but this is a courier company that doesn´t want to deliver packages. They should really change their company service to "can´t be arsed".
I´d advice them to train their staff on the purpose of their company however, I doubt their management is aware either.
They should just do us all a favour and shut down. They´re not worth our money.

These guys just don't want to deliver

These guys just don't want to deliver. This has been happening for the last several times, I am waiting at home for the supposed delivery date and then I get a message "Can't find you, choose a pickup point". Did you make an attempt first? Laziest drivers/delivery guys work for these folks I guess. They don't even call you they just declare you absent/closed and drive away. A street entrance is closed? Instead of calling or making the effort to walk 50 meters, these guys just drive away and make you come to them. What is the point of delivery if I need to get anxious every goddamn time.

You are warned: do not use DHL.

Almost daily I received 1 or more parcels via DHL eCommerce NL. So far so good until lately they became a big liar, totally customer unfriendly, fraud perpetrator & thief. It's a harsh accusations, but it is true. Parcels are vanishing, my signature were forged several times, very late Express parcel within EU 5 instead of 1 working days & DHL blamed me for sending it too late (it was 23 December & it was delivered on 30 Dec). And that for over € 80 ! YESTERDAY, 04 March, DHL should have delivered a parcel. As from March 03 till March 04 15:35 hour the status kept as "Expected delivery time between 10:00 - 18:00 hour". At 16:36h it changed to between 15:15 - 17:15h, later to 16:15 - 17:15h. At 19:56h it changed to: "Delivery interrupted. Address not located". 😱😱😱 What??? 😵‍💫😳😧😲
Sinds when does my address disappear from the earth soil? Sinds when can my address not be localized? 2 days ago he was here,and yesterday suddenly he couldn't find exact address? C'mon DHL... Do you think we are stupid?

What is happening?

This is not the first time when DHL couses a problems for me. The delivery person left the parcel in the elevator (I don't know why), and left without telling us anything. I live on the fist floor, so usually I don't use elevator. We found it only because people in the building chat started to text about this. What kind of service is that?

DHL LOST MY PASSPORTS

I would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely despicable company. I had to send BOTH of my passports to the UK for renewals, DHL lost them before they even left the Netherlands. Now they are not providing anymore information when I follow up with them and I was sent a cryptic form to claim the insurance I paid for......... Awful company, extremely negligent

It took DAYS for my parcel to get to…

It took DAYS for my parcel to get to the pickup point and then on the very same day that the tracking information said that I could collect my parcel, it was sent back again along with the other DHL parcels at that pickup point. The logical thing, if DHL can no longer use that pickup point, would be to make arrangements with another near-buy pickup point so that receivers could still get their parcels. It has nothing to do with me if they decide to stop working with a pickup point. But you know what they do? They send it back to the sender. They have a service to deliver: to deliver parcels to people, and they are not doing their job. I, along with who knows how many other people, am now just not getting my parcel that I paid money for. Horrible business.

Worst service ever

Worst delivery service ever. Lying , incompetent, zero customer service.
Paid for next day delivery 5 days later no package just a message claiming I wasn’t home. My wife was here all day plus the security cameras prove there was no delivery attempted
