DHL Express Italy is the model of efficiency and professionalism. Every Italian company should mirror themselves after them. I ordered 2 packages from Amazon in the United States and DHL walked me through the entire customs process. They got our packages through customs without delay. They didn’t end up in the land of lost packages ie Italian Customs. The customer service was excellent. They answered multiple questions and all emails very quickly. Our packages even arrived 3 days early. I would recommend DHL Express Italy for anyone that wants packages from outside of Italy to actually arrive.
