Very helpful service in explaining what adaptors to use with a coma corrector that had been purchased elsewhere. They even unselfishly pointed me to a list of other UK distributors when they were unable to source all the parts that I needed. Excellent service. Thank you guys.

I ordered an ex-demo item online. The website was clear and straightforward. I received a call to ask whether it was ok for the paperwork to go with the item as the billing and delivery addresses were different and as we were approaching Christmas, they were conscious it may have been a gift. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The item was dispatched as promised. Although there was a problem with the courier, beyond their control (attempted delivery to a wrong address), I eventually received the item in good condition, with all components present and well packed. Courier error aside, I was very happy with the transaction.

I bought an ex-demo Celestron NexStar 6 SLT Computerised Telescope which I am still learning how to use but am very pleased with the results so far.
