Not sure how this company is still trading! Contacted my bank after they took my money and failed to deliver any goods. Was told by my bank the company is already red flagged and known to them and Trading Standards.
Avoid at all costs
I'm not sure how this company exists, iv been ignored. Promised not once but 6 times that delivery was going to be made with me chasing them constantly .They have took my money, my bank has taken back part of my payment from them but they are failing to refund me I have highlighted that they have
broke the customer care act 2015 but they
still have not refunded me. I have never ever
experienced this Hassel in my life. If goods are not delivered and verbal contracts are not meet after 6 dates for delivery I should be entitled to be refunded but still awaiting and no communication from Mr Davy Ellis who runs this company especially after my bank being involved no customer care
Update involved trading standards now and still not delivered items. Mr Ellis is saying he had time off work yesterday at the latter dates but not for the first Delivery dates. After all.the company isn't run by one person. Looks like I'm going to have to go to court sadly. Still no contact
Update paid for court Mr Ellis has been told to pay my money back by judgement of the courts but is still refusing to do so. Iv had a few people contact me in the same position.
