I really not happy again I need my money back please because I am missing package

I think this company is great the only reason why people are saying they’re stuff is not coming is because you have to wait a while it took my items two months to come and I have to say they are the best quality items I’ve received in a long time I’ve tried three different company’s for this type of stock and DH Gate I have to say has the best quality out of all of them I would 100% buy from them the next time and I am.

Just been conned with seller on DHGATE.com customer service rubbish will never use them ever again sent 2 cheap rubbish watches which was nothing like the ones ordered so be aware of rogue sellers u will lose your money

One star too much! I paid, never got my order confirmation. They recommended the chat! Also only betrayal! I can proof AMEX payment but they try to tell me that they did it get the money! Unbelievable. Stay away from them!! We gonna take them to court now! With 25 other people that have been betrayed. Only because they sit in China is not a reason for us not to fight them. This betrayal has to come to an end!

Can’t raise a dispute with them unless you mark it as received and that you are happy with it

Avoid at all costs

I've ordered an expensive item( over $300). When I received a message from the seller that the item had been shipped I noticed that in the shipping address, they didn't put the number of my apartment. When I tried to contact the seller Dhgate informed me that due to security reason, my account had been closed. So, there is no way for me to contact the seller and let him know about the mistake. I have contacted customer service. They didn't respond to any of my emails.

AVOID

Do not buy from this website. It is the most awful customer service imaginable. Twice I have not received the goods that I ordered - awful, cheap goods were received. I escalated through the disputes process which is completely useless and they automatically charge you the full cost of the goods.
You have been warned!

I really wish I could write a more positive review. I decided to make a purchase based on the glowing reviews I saw on TikTok videos about their amazing products. However, my experience was anything but satisfactory. I received absolutely NOTHING, and to make matters worse, they provided a tracking number that claims the package was delivered, but nobody seems to know where it went.

When I reached out to their customer service, they suggested checking with the post office, but the tracking number they provided isn't even a valid post office tracking number. They also claimed that DHL delivered it, but upon checking, I realized it wasn't a valid DHL tracking number either! It was very frustrating and disappointing.

Thankfully, I had used my Amex card for the purchase, which allowed me to dispute the transaction. I definitely won't be making any purchases from them again after this experience!

I placed ordered via this website for 8 items. I received only 4.

DH Gate did absolutely nothing to assist me, despite my providing all the evidence that they asked for. I contacted them for an update and they repeatedly ignored me.

This company assists scammers, they do not assist the people who place orders.

If I could give 0 l would have taken money and sent nothing customer services are no better wrote so many emails to them nit s a scam danger keep your money you will be robbed dh gate is a money making Machine they say they have sent things out try and Track you can’t just a con beware avoid at all

Slow but Surely

Been using DHGate for years with 50+ purchases. All have arrived albeit, maybe takes a month or two to UK.

You are never going to receive your product. Mine was supposedly shipped and tracking showed it was sent to another home across the country. When I complained, they told me it was on the way and never responded again.
