If a zero was possible

If a zero was possible. This company will sell you anything. DGDG sold me a car that causes me so much PAIN I cannot drive it. THEY DO NOT CARE. If you purchase from the Del Grande group be aware very aware. I am a handicapped senior- no courtesy no consideration.

I bought a car with a "dealer installed…

I bought a car with a "dealer installed anti-theft Deterrent System" They said they do this to all the cars and it is mandatory. they charged me 834 dollars for a 2-5 dollar sticker and invisible paint. When I asked the product name and how it works as there are no installed comments, the sales manager gave me a generic term and told to just tell my insurance company that to get a discount. The refused to tell me any information about the product and after I found what it is, Shadow Mark, the refused to give me any paperwork on the product, I am supposed to receive, terms, registration info and product flyer. they did none of these. When I said I would never pay 834 dollars for a sticker, that most likely is not registered they sent me a generic form email asking for paperwork and to provide evidence to cancel the contact. I did not want to return the car but I had to on principle. it is more than frustrating as I am a Veteran with PTSP and it set me off. I only slept for 4 hours and they wasted over 5 hours of my time. I came in with a loan and car picked out, but they kept making simple errors over and over, it was a Loan Officer, so I know he knew what he was doing. I am telling everyone I know, including google reviews, BBB complaint, and a complaint with the FTC. DGDG said they do this to all the cars so they have been doing it to all the customers for years, that could be millions of dollars across all their dealerships. . I would expect Mazda to conduct a full investigation into this as it will be a class-action lawsuit and they would not want to look compliant, as they now have been warned. thank you for your time .
