Our tech is very patient. He works to find our issues and is very helpful to resolve with little to no expense. Great customer service.

We were not aware of any unfinished work—please call back so we can get this done for you ASAP. After reviewing the initial sales call, it seems you weren’t sure if you wanted cameras yet, so you elected to schedule only the security system. The technician onsite gave you a quote for all the cameras, which you paid and agreed to before installation. We work very hard to provide clear communication and transparency, and we’re very sorry you didn’t feel that in this case.

Service great, systems/equipment not so much

Your technicians are punctual and polite. they communicate well. They do a great job when they come back time and again.
The issue I am having is the constant upkeep of the equipment: the doorbell needs charging every two weeks so far, the constant touchpoints in need of maintenance thus far I hope improves but the system seems to be a diva. I purchased this service but it is always needing attention and it's annoying. Maybe this is a learning curve for a doorbell monitor but yes this is constant and I don't like it.

Performance Review

The gentleman who came out last time (Herman sp.) was very knowledgeable, fixed the problems and was nice to deal with.

However, some of the other techs who have come out have not been so knowledgeable, they have not fixed everything that needed to be fixed, and they have not been so nice to deal with.

As well, and very important to us, are the following.
- The time from our calling in with a problem until you actually send someone out is very, very slow. When you're down, this is unacceptable.
- The system does not report the activity it sees until long after the activity concerned. This too is unacceptable.

We need to see improvement in these areas or we may need to research alternatives.
